Go to buy 2 tickets go to pay and says error on screen saying over 4 under 14 yr old tickets must be with an over 18 I’ve only tried to buy an adult and 1 under 14 . Buying tickets on the website and picking tickets has always been a joke seems like a kid has set it up when trying to pick seats it just goes everywhere , it’s not my phone I’ve tried it on various phones and iPads . Don’t suppose we’ll sell out just needs sorting .and it’s for the fa cup game

I've just tried 1 Adult 1 u14, I had no issue.

Make sure you pick 2 tickets before picking the seats otherwise suspect it may be a device / browser issue.

If you're not fussed just PoTG and save yourself a few quid.

Next door neighbour (season ticket holder) couldn't do it on line, kept telling him he wasn't registered. Had to go to the club and buy his in person.
My experience on line ...... the club doesn't make it easy or straightforward to get tickets
they seem to make it as complicated as possible for some strange reason. You can't just click on your client ref and get a ticket, but go through the rigmarole of having to pick your own seat from the stadium plan. And would perhaps be a bit of an idea to put blocks, rows and seat numbers on the plan?.
Anyway once having found your own seat and purchase said ticket, is like Ryanair....... admin fees, postage etc. Why on earth you just can't go online put in your season ticket ref number get ticket and added on to your ST is beyond me. Awful experience, not consumer friendly and obviously a way of making more money.......... and just as an aside what admin at £2 a pop is in place when buying on line??

I’m a STH at Blackpool and constantly pull my hair out at the online ticket purchasing and booking fees, we seem to be ripped off at every opportunity.

I went to Molineux a couple of weeks ago to watch Wolves v Saints, purchased my ticket online at cost price with the option of collection or print at home at no extra cost. Why we have to pay extra just to buy tickets is beyond me, especially when we’re booking seats for guests to come along with us and want to secure the seat/s prior to match day! Disappointing.

I'll be buying, IMO people need to get behind the club are than ever. It's not good atm but this is what being a Blackpool fan is, ups and downs and it'll make the ups, which will come again, feel even better.

Plus you just never know in football, you can change from good to shite or shite to good overnight, look at man city, if they can collapse anyone can.

As an exile, it really annoys me that first, I'm charged £2 for doing all the work, admin charge my arse, then there is no longer the option of collecting from the ground, so they charge me £1.50 for postage.

£3.50 surcharge every time I order an away ticket if we don't have a home game in between.

Fleecing away support.

Will pick one up pre match on Sunday, no need to pay any extra charges as hardly any sold so far. Could be more bluenoses than us and they only got 2100

That would be embarrassing.

Hoping for 10,000 at least. Sunday 1pm, not as good as a 3pm on a Saturday but still good.

Pretty much zero promotion of the game from the club again - when they are well aware it will be a struggle to get people interested. Bizarre club at the moment.

Got our tickets though - cup games are usually entertaining 👍

You would think it would be a good day.

Watch the game then a couple of beers after.

Agree though, club doesn’t seem that interested either.

Its got to the stage now where those who want to go will go, and by "promoting" it, those who dont want to go, or are unsure, are not going to be swayed by a couple of twitter posts from the club.

Tonight is far far more important, and going out on Sunday wouldn't be the end of the world, we don't have enough players as it is, without more getting injured on a cup run where we would end up getting someone crap like Portsmouth away in the 3rd round.

No problem here. Not going.

Sunday @13.30 is a ridiculous time for a match, particularly if you are travelling.

Sunday is my night out with the Wife and Son, a few pints and a curry. Family come first.

It’s 1pm kick off - although your not going anyway 🙂

It’s taking me all my time to bother using my season ticket ATM I’m undecided about Sunday. I’ll see what we’re doing first.

With the way things are going, I think anything over 6k would be decent although embarrassing at the same time. 2,100 Birmingham fans and 3,900 Pool fans.

I thought Birmingham would have been given more than that.

The fact it was announced that they weren't even opening the whole ground up for the game gives you the feeling the club isn't that arsed about the match.
Trying to cut stewarding and staffing costs and get everyone in the North isn’t a bad thing in my opinion - they are being realistic

Having said that I would have thought more would have been sold

Tonight’s win will hopefully encourage some waveres to come along now 👍👍
Must say am more inclined to buy a ticket now than I was at 7pm last night - not for the team just because of the atmosphere which I think had we lost last night might have returned to being a bit toxic.

There'll be a good reason for the fixture changes (incl. Shrewsbury Tues. to Weds.) I'm sure, but without much consideration for supporters, once again. As has been mentioned previously, some people have family commitments on Sundays.
It's a busy time of year for many and I'm afraid I'll miss both games owing to prior engagements.

Thanks BFC and FA.

Worrying thing is, I'm not really that fussed.

Yeah I try and says to register as poster above yet any other game I'm fine... how many fans are same and will think sack it. I wasn't going anyway but if I was as I couldn't sort my seat on line I would sack it off anyway

It's previous purchase so requires you to sign in which is does straight away on mine, then you can buy...

I went to the ticket office this morning and bought a ticket for J block for Sunday. There wasn't a single solitary person in there

It won't for me and asked me to register not sign in... like I say any other game I can sign in fine.. just this one

Like I said doesn't matter for me but this happening to others will no doubt reduce sales

Sales look very poor so far, where are those who were saying it would be a sell out when the game was announced because it was Birmingham, another team in league 1 would never have made it a sell out.

Let's hope most buy today or on the day as it's low.
