Weird thing is, I was offered a ticket by the club in Tuesday so they have my correct e mail.
 
No, nothing yet. I only contacted them on tuesday by email to get my client ref assigned to my email address and they said they'd be sending Ifollow/ticket details later this week.
I'll drop them an email tomorrow morning if I've not heard anything by 11 am.
 
i have had nothing from club so i looked at I follow.Thought I might have to register first but i cannot because i will be charged £10 unless I have a voucher code.Am I doing something wrong? I have emailed the club to advise I have had nothing from them
 
Me too - got the first e-mail from Ticketmaster but nothing since. Purchased my ST on 5th August so would have thought I might be part of the first 1000?
 
Same here, got one the other day but nothing yet, not even an Ifollow code.
 
I’ve had nothing. At what point do you email the ticket office? I don’t want to pester them but I also don’t want to leave it too late to get a code.

I got the e mail on Tues on my phone no probs.... Ive just double checked my laptop and today it's in the spam folder on there.
 
I haven't heard anything although my son has got a code.
Similar to others I bought 3 STs at the same time for me, wifey and son but he doesn't live with us and we aren't allowed to watch together because of Covid rules.
 
Had to Log into web mail, spam folder and move it into another folder, farcical to say the least. But printed and good to go.
 
Got a code for ifollow come through but only the one ,got two ST,but can both watch the same as son lives at home
 
I bought 4 season tickets yet I only received an email for my 7 year old daughter..even though I bought all of them for myself,wife,son and daughter???

Son got his code sent through but haven't got mine. Sent request to club as away this weekend so won't be able to watch together.

It doesn’t cost anything to register for iFollow. I was in the club shop on Monday and made sure my client reference number was linked to my e-mail address. Got my code this afternoon.
 
I have always had problems with my club e-mail and it has never been resolved to the point that I just gave up! Can't attend on Saturday anyway and can't watch on iFollow but will probably pop in next week. The club does seem to have issues with e-mails for some reason.
