Anyone worried that PNE might actually reach the play offs

Since Ryan Lowe was appointed they are on a bit of a run and not conceding.

Obviously I hope that if they do their normal play off form takes over.
Nah, lots of games in hand for sides around them, they will hit a bad run, all teams do. Right now almost nothing has gone wrong and they’ve pulled unlikely last minute goals out the bag.

It won't keep happening. Their luck will change.

Not really, they have had a few years at this level to get it right, this is our first season back and already competitive with the more established teams including ex-prem.

No way.

They’ve been shit the last few games playing out boring draws, played one of the worst teams in the league today and struggled to a 0-1 win, they play another equally shit side Reading next week.

When you compare that to our recent run we’ve played the top 2 teams in the last 2 weeks and played like we were up there with them.

I’ve not seen them play, don’t look at their results and have no idea who their remaining fixtures are against and I’m 100% certain they’ll be nowhere near the play offs.

…. but you’re not.

As you have been saying for about 6 weeks 😁
All teams lose games, you just beat a poor Peterborough side who were battered in almost all of the last few league games.

It'll only take a couple of losses and I bet the boo boys return.

Don’t be daft. They’ve got about as much chance as we have - which isn’t very much after a poor January transfer window

Boo boys?? Many Preston fans didn’t want the last manager to get the job, other than that it’s been very quiet and stable at our place. Grayson and Neil had good tenures.

Is your username Moonman after how the atmosphere makes you feel at Sleepdale?

It'll only take a dodgy result like what happened to us today.
Doom an gloom and the manager should be sacked etc
Who freekin cares anyway, whatever they do it'll be after we've already done it

The speed which you turned on your own team at Bloomfield Road was an absolute disgrace, made the day very enjoyable though, even your own players have called it out this season for abusing them.

Turned on our team….I was there, manager got some shit is what I remember 🤔

Listen after big fat boo, some of the abuse thrown at the players, don't even come over here etc was pathetic. Alan Browne even called it out during the Forest game wasn't it for cheering a player subbed. Hardly great examples of support.

Don’t come over here was directed at the manager, and you base your view on that video?

That was at the whole team, at least we know who the man in question the video is now 😏

There were some disgraceful reactions.

You've always seemed to be a fanbase who get on players and managers back after a few defeats or a bad run.

We've all seen your fans turn on managers and your owners after a few bad games.

You just talk nonsense.

You just talk nonsense.

You lot literally embarrassed yourselves in front of all of us that day. The support was poor and the closer to the end the worse you were, culminating in a horrible reaction for your players and manager. It was embarrassing.

Hardly talking nonsense when the evidence is there and we all saw it too.

We've all seen before as well, turning on the owner, risdale etc.

Two wins later all is ok, a couple of defeats and its back.

But ok well pretend that doesn't happen.

I don't reckon they'll reach the Play Offs, they MIGHT finish above us, but they had/have 2 'easy' games on paper, today's opponents, and Reading midweek. I thought we'd do well to hang onto their coat tails at this time...and today went some way to proving it...although it's galling to lose ANOTHER match to a late or injury time goal! 😤. If we beat them at their's though I can almost accept them finishing above us! However, they've made the task as difficult as possible with the 2k ticket allocation, switch to a night match in April...and on what would have been Finney's 100th birthday! They've given themselves every advantage and edge possible(can't blame them really though🤷‍♂️)...it's up to US now to shatter that!

2k pool fans is more than enough and extra pne fans isn't going to make them more likely to beat us, just more pressure.

We've already beat them, worst case outcome is level, no one really cares about league position, its a small bonus you'd much rather win the games.

Who gives a flying fuck, by mentioning them you give them importance, some of the drivel on here is amazing, yep we all worry about them getting into the POs.

I think Moonman might be Big Fat Boo 🤣 he's got a big round moon shape face full of pock marks and craters 🤣🤣🤣
I'm answer to the OP, I'm not the slightest bit worried they'll make the playoffs because they simply won't, they were the worst team we've seen this season and they're not exactly setting the world alight even after a couple of decent results.

There are a lot of points to play for and there are a lot of teams who can make the play offs including us and the Nobbers. Do I think they will make the play offs - no. However, did I think Luton would be above us and Bristol City just below us in the table - no. The Championship is a tough, but amazing league and it is going to be exciting to see how it unravels and who the dark horse(s) are. I'm sure before yesterday considering our recent form there were Championship fans including nobbers who thought Blackpool can't do it again, surely not. UTMP 🧡
