Appletons first signing - who, what position and when?

Just hope that we get at least 1 player in.
That January transfer window was miserable watching us faff about when we could have used it to push higher than 16th.

Our whole left side is diabolical, so let's work on that first.

With Carey and Virtue back, the midfield isn't as much of a priority as it once was.

Well I’m left handed if that helps.
 
Deffo need to get decent players in the midfield.
We really struggled in midfield last season for most of it
Also need another right back if we can’t get dujon back in on loan
Morgan Rogers would be a good loan signing with a view to a permanent
 
He must have brought a list of signing objectives with him to interview and a rational for each one! So we will see! Hopefully one in soon to brighten the mood
 
The three priorities for me are a left back (not convinced with Husband, Garbutt or James playing there), a midfielder who can drive us forward rather than just protecting the defence, and a replacement for Bowler.
 
Oh go in then. I'll go for Lewis Fiorini, who was on loan at Lincoln from Man City last season. 20 year old Scottish midfielder, Italian descent. Did well at Lincoln apparently.
 
We’ve only got one or two spaces in the squad and only one right-back, so I’ll say right-back.

Probably a Premier League loanee who would be ok in League One (MA’s level)
