Yep, i agree the atmosphere is better with a big away crowd, part of which fills the uncovered area of the North East. Although today I found it a bit weird when the Birmingham fans started slagging off their side after going 2-0 down. Blackburn joined in the "we're f' ING shit" song earlier in the season, but the Brummies were something else today.Been great all season but it does help when some of the opposition fans are occupied in the north side of the scratching side.
Yep, almost all of the away end joined in!. They're a reet moody bunch!Yep, i agree the atmosphere is better with a big away crowd, part of which fills the uncovered area of the North East. You’re only winning 2-0…you must be shit was a good one
Did the North sing “ it’s your big day out and you’ve let in six” or something like that…."It's only 2-0, how shit must you be, it's only 2-0!"
"We're gonna win 5-4"
"Bowyer out"
"Boo, boo, boo!"
"Lee out!"
They really weren't happy losing to "poxy Blackpool." You should read the comments on their official Facebook page. Most are complaining about the players, manager, chairman etc. But the amount complaining that they shouldn't be losing to us. We've beaten far better than that shower of shit this season!
6-1 on your big day outDid the North sing “ it’s your big day out and you’ve let in six” or something like that….
It can't help them, surely. 2 down early doors and your own supporters are chanting about how shit you are isn't exactly going to inspire you to feats of herculean performance...Yep, i agree the atmosphere is better with a big away crowd, part of which fills the uncovered area of the North East. Yes enjoyed that. We need more witty chants and retorts too, in response to the usual shithole chant and a few nobber chants for eg.6-1 on your big day out
yep, comfortably. Been good all season, but yesterday was another notch up.Yesterday's match must now rate as the best atmosphere this season.
Obviously it would have been even better if the team had put on a better performance, but it was still the best atmosphere this season, I reckon.
Yep considering nothing to play for and the crap performance it was decent. Imagine if the team gave us something as well.Yesterday's match must now rate as the best atmosphere this season.

They were good and have embraced the situation and are using it as them against the world. Always on a hiding to nothing when they have nothing to lose and backs against the walls against bad owners.Said on the match day thread.
Birmingham, shit
Derby, champagne
Derby's support was fantastic today and I don't think it would have faltered if they had been beaten
The nobbers will say this is just a myth. Isn't that right @EvattOG
I was sat fairly central in the West on Saturday and when the North turned it up a notch, they were quite a lot louder than Derby, but Blackpool Fans were nowhere near at their best for the most part and understandably so, given the result.Yep considering nothing to play for and the crap performance it was decent. It was good banter back and fourth until we gave it away so cheaply.
However when we were on top second half at the start they were quiet and had we scored and actually made something of our play our support would have gone up another gear. They still would have been singing and partying as it doesn't change anything, but it was so poor from us, kind of ruined the latter part of the 2nd half as we wanted to win to finish above PNE, or at least not lose in a poor fashion.
I've said before, considering some of the football we witness at times like today, with a lot of misplaced passes, going backwards from attacking positions, long balls and poor in the final 3rd, its remarkable the atmospheres are so good.
Imagine if we had some attacking style like under Ollie. The place would be absolutely bouncing every week.
Thats the goal next season, improve the quality and the atmospheres only get better.
Don't forget also that away fans get the low roof east, if the north stand was in that stand we'd sound even louder.
Yeah as said somewhere else when amongst it sometimes its harder to judge.I was sat fairly central in the West on Saturday and when the North turned it up a notch, they were quite a lot louder than Derby, but Blackpool Fans were nowhere near at their best for the most part and understandably so, given the result.
