Away tickets

I appreciate that sadler is interested in Money.
But surely this goes beyond short term gains.
Why are we giving more than 2200 tickets to away fans.
Away teams are basically getting a home advantage with their fans!
Survival in the championship or money in the bank.
You decide Sadler!

Oh dear thread number 100 on this item all utter bullshit we got beat by a better side today or we wouldn't have beat Stoke and drawn against Burnley within the last month all who sold out the East.

#Fuckindeluded.

Stoke and Burnley both had many missed chances and we scored a wicked deflection

What's that got to do with anything we're a shite team this season our league position tells you that .

I'm arguing that selling out the East makes a jot of difference after beating Blackburn,Barnsley and putting six past Birmingham last season kind of backs that up.👍

Sorry but we're giving an advantage to teams. 4200 is more than the north!
They may as wel be at home we're putting profit over survival. Simples

Trouble with being shite but then giving the away fans 30% of the terraces only adds to the pressures of the game

Cov were very loud and supportive today and if we were given 5,000 (30%) for PNE we would be the same...probably why we get 2500..just saying

Did you go today?
There allocation was just over 3.4 so where do you get your figures from.

The atmosphere first half was brilliant and we where louder than Cov but they where the better side.

I'm a season ticket holder they were allocated and sold 4200. They outsung us from pre kick off the final whistle.

The East holds approx 4800...hospitality had 150-200..how many empty seats did you see poolseasider?
Does it fuck for away fans.
3.7k sold I just read on there site 3.4 allocation on others as for hospitality behave yourself the thread is about affecting atmosphere as if corporate numbers changes that.

How many empty seats was the question and by the way...you ask anyone in the the NW corner if the game was not affected by the experience from the away fans hospitality section above their heads...it's not just about the North you know

That not true on any of the points.

The whole stand holds about 4.5k and there's a block with a big flag on for segregation. The blocks hold nearly 650. There may then be other smaller bits off that.

Whilst we were in the game the home support was on top, although a great atmosphere all round.

It was only once we capitulated did they obviously carry on singing.

We're in the relegation zone cut adrift.

It's a miracle a club in that situation can outsing all those away fans full stop.

Unfortunately the team, ref let us down.

We won and Gabriel missed a sitter to beat Burnley. The East Stand had nothing to do with it.
That's it in a nutshell.

They conveniently forget we beat Birmingham by six and won against Blackburn and Barnsley with a full East of aways last season but suffer a defeat and it's all the nasty clubs fault for selling empty seats you couldn't make it up.

The day the result of a game is decided by how loud each set of fans are is the only day it will matter how many tickets the away fans have. And our home support can more than match the volume of any set of travelling fans, if the game is even remotely close.
