Amazingly, he's scored more goals in 10 appearances for Wales than in 30-odd appearances in league football, albeit most on loan.

He was very poor whenever I saw him at Bloomfield Road, whether for Oxford United or us, and he didn't contribute anything at all.

However, he's only 21 so maybe he might do better on a season-long loan in Scottish football.

I really hope he does because it's awful when young lads with talent eventually fall by the wayside and have their dreams shattered, I should know!😜

Many people in football, some more qualified to speak than I, obviously thought he was gonna be a future diamond - after disappointing at so many clubs, it would be great to see him do well at Hearts and also repay the faith that they have shown in him, in spades.

Very lightweight and naive for me - sometimes these kids who come on loans grow up fast and make a name for themselves whilst others seem like rabbit in a spotlight. Can probably do all the tricks and flicks in training but that's where it stops.
