BLACKPOOL 0-2 DERBY COUNTY | IF EVER FANS DESERVED A WIN THE DERBY FANS DID | F#CK THE EFL!

Come along and join me and Jane in hospitality for this one as we were guests of Sean Stanhope from JSM Developments (Sean and his son will soon be setting off to drive a £500 car to Barcelona all with the goal of raising some money for Brian House) and we were sat with them on the top table along with special match guest Luke Varney who was on loan from Derby during the 2010-11 Premier League Season and scored some amazing goals for Blackpool.

I get to chat with Luke before the game about that amazing goal against Wolves, what it was like to play under Ian Holloway and find out which was his favourite goal of the special season he was here in the Premier League. It was sold out in the sponsors lounge and over 15K turned up to watch the game, the atmosphere was electric, the fan banter incredible.

Watch through to the end to see the end of season awards as Josh Bowler gets an award for goal of the season sadly it is probably the last time we will see him and we wish him well as he hopefully goes on to bigger and better things and young exciting prospect Jake Daniels wins the Young Player of the year award. he played on my sons team at U14's level and he was awesome then. I hope he breaks through into the first team because I am sure you will love him if he does.

 
Great vid, a bit different in the posh seats ehh guys. The derby fans certainly were loud from what I could hear, was expecting the east to collapse looking at them jumping around 😳

Yes its something very special if you do it for special occasions and we have to thank Sean and his wife Jackie for arranging it for us it was absolutely wonderful just a shame about turning result but I guess the day and its message was bigger than the game and yes it really is such a buzz you are right
 
Taken me until today to feel like opening the avftt book. So, your piece was a pleasant interlude. Who will you be at Posh: Tarantino or Hitchcock?

Thanks Angel I think I'm right in saying there was so much demand they could have filled it twice over and for the private boxes too. Things are definitely heating up we are going in a very good direction and I feel this is just the start. I'm not sure there was this much interest even in the Premier League.

Blackpool are definitely back and a lot of it is because of everything we the fans have done and are doing. We create that atmosphere in the ground, we are the ones that walked away and/or protested, we were the ones cheering in court, we are the ones helping create the buzz around town .
Pound for pound we are right up there with the very best
