Blackpool Lady in Gaza

Stephanie. Didn't mention her second name

Just seen her on BBC News, describing what's happening in Gaza at the moment.

This is very close to home!

Oh my god, the gift that just keeps giving 🤣🤣
'I tell you what was the worst one, the Gaza Strip. You know the term the Gaza Strip, remember that? That was murder for me. I'd be sitting there having a shave and that, and the news would come on 'And the Gaza...' and I'd be like 'What's that?!' and I realised it was the Gaza Strip. I couldn't wait for that to end.'

If only one Rangers shirt was the answer to peace in the Middle East. 😄 I'm not sure if you'd get better odds on Celtic and Rangers or Israel and Palestine making friends first...

(An utterly horrible situation but made me smile when it popped up in my newsfeed. Hopefully common sense and Oslo accords prevail)

I couldn’t imagine a more difficult life for this woman - I hope she remains as safe as she can be

It’s not like she can just get on a tram and move down the coast to safety is it ?
There isn’t a door you open and walk away from it

One or two shameful comments above - people don’t choose to be victims of war generally

I hope she’s able as a Lancastrian to do more interviews to explain how precarious day to day life is

Camberwell. You must realise that the posters you're referring to are sub-human.

They were born without the empathy gene.
