It's difficult to tell anything from these games, although the lads need minutes in the legs, no one is wanting to pick up an injury so close to the start of the season.
I think Critchley is still trying different line ups as well, even though it's our last friendly.

I still think we're short up front, especially with Joseph not having kicked a ball in anger yet. No panic as yet but I'd like to see us get off to a decent start in the league, I'm not sure how much of a honeymoon period Critchley will get from a section of our support if things don't start well.

Im in Turkey. Ive just spoke to my brother who is at the match. He says we are playing well and our midfield is very impressive. He says the new lads look good although its difficult to tell who's who as there are no names on the shirts.
He's impressed with most on view but adds that Beesley is a bit disappointing.
