Give over. It’s how they are being utilized. Do you think it would be different under Dobbie? Under Guardiola? Manager’s job is to get the best from what he’s got.

Was going to Lincoln but that idea can now be F*cked off . Critch the ditch only achievement is a lucky play off win. This fella is SHITE. bin him ASAP. Been sacked twice and we still have him back. . Use
 
Oh well. Maybe Critchley is deliberately making them play like this so That Sadler might get him some more players before the window closes.
 
Playing the one-footed Norburn and big Marv as playmakers with a 5 at the back simply doesn't work. It is time we reverted to

what worked last time we were in league one.
 
Nothing more can be said. It was on par with Mick McCarthy and in some ways worse. Absolutely no plan or no idea. Fans shout you don’t know what you’re doing all the time at managers but it would be right in this instance.

We would have scored more probably but not sure where from ( cheers Simon) and let more in and had the same points.The football would have been more entertaining but the same suspects would still be moaning

It was blindingly obvious to virtually everybody how much both atmosphere and the team playing changed when Dobs took over.

Owner, or no owner, its our club and I genuinely think that SS has not a clue in Management appointments.
 
I decided not to listen to the second half( live in London) painful to listen to every ball as clearly little being created. Tactics seem totally wrong . Not certain re signings, Ekpiteta too error prone in passing. Pity cant force Critchley to work with Dobbie.
 
The problem is, teams come with a game plan to get men behind the ball. They then hit us on the break. Their move breaks down, or their chance goes, but we’re so slow at moving the ball forward they’ve regrouped. We’re then hitting long balls to minimal effect. The few times we did play the ball quicker, on the ground in the second half, we caused them problems.
 
System isn't working. Marv is always the spare man and he doesn't have a clue what to do with it. It's not getting the most out of Lyons or CJ.

Bench looks very weak and doesn't allow us to change it up. No striker on the bench. If we wanted to go 4-3-3 or 4-4-2 then the only wingers that we have are CJ and Dale.
