Blackpool v QPR Official Matchnight Thread 06.11.21

So Dale and James start, and Madine. No Keogh, Garbutt, Sterling in the match day squad. Casey and Gretarsson make the bench.

Never ceases to surprise does Critch, surprised he's gone with Husband at centre half and James at left back, it will be interesting to see how Dale does though

I'm not surprised at all that Husband is centre back tbh. James probably the only other available left back, with Garbutt not on the bench. Gets a chance to show what he can do in his favoured position.

Critch certainly seems to like Husband in that position doesn't he? Just thought he might put Gretarsson in there and keep Hubby at left back, I'm sure Critch knows best 👍

I’d forgotten Reece James was a left back. Will be interesting to see how Dale fares. Going for a 2-2 draw. C’mon pool.

Hmmmm. 🤔
Husband at CB makes me nervous. Especially as we have Viking and Connolly as better options for that position. Assume James must have impressed in training. And Yates on the bench? No. Not for me. He’s our best striker given Lavery’s absence

Ohhh, first game this season that I actually get to see from over here in Canada (so if we lose it's on me!) C'mon the Pool!!

1.2 I'm afraid! It's just that watching Pool for 58 years I honestly can't remember the last time we beat them at Bloomers. Maybe it's just senility creeping up on me.
You have to fight senility man, give it some welly. Now what were you saying about hedgehogs?

** unbelievable, a definite goal, what a total wanker that linesman was, why do we get such appalling decisions against us??? hat was absolutely outrageous!

I can't believe that offside?! Questionable Madine was behind the goalie and even more questionable that the ball hadn't crossed the line before he touched it. Ridiculous.

Cracking start either way.

Just seen the replay. Knew he was offisde - didn't realise the ball was over the line when he hit it.. FAIL

Surely you would give the attacking team the benefit of the doubt especially as it was going in anyway and save himself the embarrassment. Still raging
