Bowler and Tavernier two best players on the pitch. I echo what has been said about CJ he's got all the physical attributes but not the desire and mental strength.

Listened to the Fiorini interview and Man City were flying out to the USA today so I wonder if Rogers was on the plane? I have a feeling we'll only sign him if Bowler leaves.

He's not a LB or RB (far too lightweight), but has demonstrated skills (progressive ball moving) that are transferable up the pitch to positions he is more suited to playing.

Apologize if it seemed like I was inferring that he should be a key player or anything, because he is still so raw, but just think that he has the intangibles to be a very good player further up the pitch where he doesn't have to defend as his primary task.

He's not there yet, but I think giving him a fair shot further up the pitch might be worthwhile.
 
Decent half of football, bit cat and mouse. Keshi stand out for me.
Good job chisnall isn't commentating cos he word have gone apoplectic at the flares
 
Would like to see that XI play at least the first 15' of this half, with the season two weeks away, don't think there's much use in making wholesale changes anymore, need to gel a common core of players.

Rangers all over us if we're honest. Our only hope looks to be a smash n grab raid. Let's face it they're an SPL team, not Prem, so we should be close to matching them - at least 40:60.
Woeful in midfield as usual. Get the new guy on. Still believe Apter playing well - shows a desire for the ball, and trying to impress.

Don't forget they got to a European final last season. Not bad despite playing in a pub league.
