I like the idea of Virtue, Norburn and ~Dougall in midfield and I am really pleased to see Kouassi get his first start, he must be doing it in training and could be the surprise of the season.
I'm not sure where Dembele is going to play if he sticks with this formation.

It seems a more solid middle 3 in Dougall Norburn and Virtue so I would imagine that CJ and Dale will be pushed further forward to supply Kouassi and Rhodes. Whether it works like that remains to be seen.

The team selection smacks of utter desperation trying to make his 3-5-2 work. All he has done is swapped Connolly for Dale and brought in a couple of players who probably wouldn't get into any team in this division.

Think team would look better if the wing backs were proper , not fill in gaps from players playing out of position
