Block X

I think a lot of people are bringing additional family members/friends who don’t usually attend.

I remember looking some weeks back and it was selling well, I'm guessing because it's the bank hol game and was advertised and it was selling well before some of the recent negativity. Does seem surprising it's that full considering our circumstances, but good Friday will definitely help and as said been on sale a while.

Whatever, its good to see and a bumper crowd will help us.
 
Do hope it's not Cardiff up to their old tricks.

I remember a game in the 80s, looked at the Kop and said is that all they've brought?

The reason for that was they were in every other part of the ground apart from the Kop. The first half was just a continual procession of them being walked round the touchline to the North end.

Hopefully those seats have all gone to Pool fans, and we're roaring the team on from all sides.

I remember that. Some of those being escorted were women 😁

As Raggy pointed out on a recent Podcast you should never refer to the Kop End as the North End for obvious reasons.

Its funny how X block has nearly sold out and W block has plenty of spares ,just hope certain hotels havent been buying tickets and selling them on on.

Well I can assure you I certainly haven’t.
I have Cardiff fans staying tonight and tomorrow and I wouldn’t entertain getting them tickets in the home ends
 
Considering how we've played this season and the total mess it's been, along with the increase in ticket prices, I think this is a pretty good effort.
I hope we get a response from the players.

Who knows, if we sold out what's in the east more would be made available there.

Given Cardiff's numbers I'd doubt there'll be too many paying on the day and it holds 2200 in the away end.

A few more that that they'd probably rather put them in the SE corner.

But whoknows, potentially there may have been more flexibility to open the next east block along if away demand was there and home wasn't. Won't be happening anyway it seems.
 
I’m usually in the north, either A or B , but this game I opted for Block X.
Before anyone says anything, I’ve got a welsh accent, but just in case I get any problems I’ll just use the phrase ‘Cha’ 😂
