Bournemouth tickets?

I suspect it'll be £30 for every away team given the low capacity of their stadium and relatively small allocation (1200). I doubt we will shift all of those, I'd expect 800 or so to make the trip.

Just priced it up from Leeds £77 return, setting off at 06.10, getting back just after midnight.

I'll drive. It will be quicker and cheaper.
Doubt it will be cheaper. It’s at least 40p a mile to run a car and that is the basic car. Its not just petrol.
Unless there are 2 or more travelling.

2 of us will be at Bournemouth game, anyone know if there is an "away fan" pub near the ground ??

Found the following on an away ground website;

Around a 10-15 minute walk away in nearby Boscombe is the Mello Mello Bar on Christchurch Road. Away fans are welcome at this pub as well as Baxters which is a little further down on the opposite side of the road. The Mello Mello Bar also has the added benefit of showing televised sport on a number of screens. Further along Christchurch Road opposite Pokesdown Railway Station is the Bell Inn, which welcomes visiting fans on matchdays. It too also has Sky Sports. Otherwise, it may be the case of drinking in Bournemouth Town Centre before the game, although it is around three miles away from the Vitality Stadium.

Alcohol is made available to visiting supporters inside the stadium, in the form of cans of John Smith’s Bitter or Fosters Lager (£3.50).

If coming to the game by train, Pokesdown Station is far nearer to the ground. You will need to be on a stopper train to get off there,

I did walk to the ground once from Bournemouth Station. At least 40 minutes. And Bournemouth Station is well out of the town centre, it must be an hours walk at least from the town centre.

Still no tickets on sale for this game . I hate it when there's a tight timescale on post as all you need is it not getting here by Friday and you are stumped. In the old days I used to just book the ticket over the phone and ask them to bring it down in the coach and pick it up at the away ground

It's doing my head in a bit cos I a) don't live in Blackpool so need the post and b) am not at home before the game so won't be in to get the post after Thursday morning... Anyone any idea why this is taking so long?

Actually, I just remembered I could buy them on Tuesday. Surely they'll be out by then! Ignore me.
