Anyone else lost internet? I’m with talk talk and they have basically closed down contact centre so no possibility of it getting fixed.
 
Talk Talk treated me with nothing but contempt after they took over AOL and were determined to insist it was my fault their subscription wasn’t paid when it was clearly their inability to manage the situation..Even wrote to their CEO and got a very snotty response.Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole and never will.
 
My Sky is ok. Never been 100% despite their promises but it works and if it goes on the blink works with a reboot.
 
Talk Talk are widely regarded as the worst of the big Broadband providers. Wouldnt touch them with somebody elses bargepole 🤪 .
 
Just switched from Plusnet to BT after about four years after realising I was getting clobbered for being out of contract.
Paying slightly less but its fibre so presumably getting free Special K for breakfast?

BT owns plusnet 😁 Always ring them just before your contact ends (make a note now for 23 months time!) or you may get clobbered! I just did mine with BT Got BT cheaper than i was paying as i threatened to go to virgin & got BT sport free for 3 months. Would have been better if football was still on though!

Yup I know but the deal was better where I need to start using the phone during the day. Seen the price hike after 24 months so will be prepared 👍
