I’d be very interested to hear Baz ruminate on our current predicament. Always enjoyed his musings - how come he rarely posts nowadays?

Agree SSS.
I am an old friend of Baz (As you call him) known him more years than I care to remember.
Robbie (as we know him) is a great Pool fan, like me he goes back a long time.
He always wrote interesting Posts on here. Also he was 'slammed' by a few posters.
Also like me he has Blackpool FC tattooed on his heart. Not literally of course. 😉
If you read this Rob, best of luck, hope you are well.
 
I hope Robbie is fine and well, He is an abiding memory of our trips to Blackpool and all over the country together, my God, we drank enough to launch battleships together.....and I miss the old c 'nut'
 
he was a good poster even if I more often than not disagreed with him on so many things. He was more than capable of holding his own on here, so no, don't agree with the comment about the shouty brigade. I would doubt that's the reason he posts much less often.
 
He was a mushroom and a self-indulgent oily creep. Posts always had a massive air of arrogance and supremacy about them. Fuck him.

Had some right debates on this site and also face to face

Never ever agreed with him I don't think but I respect him as a fan and a person

I hope he's OK and we can lock horns again

I'm sure he owes me a pint as well

Oh and BTW starting thread about a fellow fan and poster is shite

Nothing sinister about me posting this Phil - genuinely liked his posts and would have been interested in what his thoughts would have been. Anyway Phil’s law went out of the window years ago! 😘
 
Just been thinking about Robbie and when we met.
I do know that he was at the booze up for my daughters wedding. Friend of her husband.
Her oldest son, my Grandson is now 40 years old.
I've known Robbie for a long time.
 
If some of his critics on here had half the intelligence and good humour, had fought off a condition that almost killed him and travelled as often and as far as he did. They would be able to criticise him for his often excellent stance. A great man, a great fan and a good friend.
 
Such a wonderful chap weird how it took him 2 years to participate in NAPM. Crikey i cannot bear to eat a mushroom even now!
 
He’d be having a bit of a chuckle to himself at the suggestion he could be driven from the board for his opinions! Aside from 20s he’s the least likely poster to bow to others views and run away rather than debate them.
