Trying to buy a ticket for tomorrow online but having issues. I'm an STH but keeps saying there's an error, can only buy one ticket per STH. I'm only buying one ticket so what's the issue? Anyone?

Not sure, try closing it and try again? If not might have to contact the club or go in.

Still no joy. No wonder the gates are down on last year, with our state of the art system.

Will ring tomorrow.

Just had a try.
On the Official Site I clicked on "tickets" and it immediately recognised my purchase history so it let me continue.
I clicked on single tickets which then took me to Blackburn option.
Clicked buy now and then selected the South Stand and it showed availabilty.
Didn't go any further.

I know, but when I checkout it shows error, implying that I've already purchased at discount rate.

What discount rate? That's for members.

There are errors on the page

Each season ticket holder can purchase one ticket at the discounted price. Please double check, and either choose a different price class, use "assign" to assign tickets to a season ticket holder within your network or remove items from your basket to proceed.

This is the message I get. Season ticket holders are members as far as I can see.

Got told by a work colleague (football fan but not of a particular team) today that he and his wife tried to buy tickets online for Saturday but gave up due to difficulty. Think when they registered the email may have gone in their junk as it sometimes does from the club. Not ideal.

Ah right makes sense actually that ST holders get 1 at 25 but only 1, otherwise people wouldn't buy a membership and just get a st holders to get them.

Why it's not working I don't know.

You get one but don't actually get one🥳

Same here, won't let me.

I'll email the ticket office.

It's clearly an issue that the club needs to sort.

Been poor hasn't it, the new system launch was a nightmare for many. The single sign on is great, but had big issues and clearly the ticket system has some issues.

Hardly helpful this is it.

Ticketing really should be a priority for the club. Seems like it's been really bad for quite some time and nobody at the club is willing to sort it out.

Seriously you want to purchase a ticket online why on earth should it come to having to make a phone call (as old folk like to do) or scratting around trying to contact some "marketing" email address (which no doubt lands in the ticket office or shop only to be ignored by some kid on minimum wage).

Get it sorted Mansford. You've had long enough.

Yep its becoming a bit ridiculous now.

Yes its the company thwyre using who seem to have had the issues but ultimately it's the clubs issue to sort.

Really shouldn't be having any issues still.

I gave up with online ticketing after the Barrow game. Tried to purchase ten tickets. It wouldn’t recognise me or provide a new password. Mrs couldn’t register either so people started dropping out. In the end two of us took a chance on the ticket office being open prior to kick off, which it was. I wonder how many others gave up?

@SLO_BFC please can you find out what is happening? This is getting silly now.

I'm in an email exchange with the ticket office but as it stands

"Unfortunately, season ticket holders are not entitled to the members pricing. This pricing is only available to those who have paid a £15 membership fee."

I thought so, but the guy above put some text saying about discounted price.

Therea rules to follow so probably has to be that way it make the membership scheme look ridiculous really may as well just have gone eeith a cheaper price and get numbers in.

I’ve this morning had a reply from the marketing dept who want me to screen shot the error next time it comes up so that they can then pass it on to e-ticketing. 🙄

When I've queried the online ticket message.

"Unfortunately, this an error with the set-up of the game. Ticketmaster are looking into and hoping to get it resolved."

I thought I might go and watch Cods v Barrow last night as it was only a tenner.
Bought a ticket online, a simple process.
Ticket and receipt sent to my email immediately. Able to print at home or scan from my phone. No additional charges. Why can they do it and we can't?
I didn't go in the end as something cropped up. Barrow won on pens - again!

As BFC members, over a week ago, we tried to buy our tickets for the Boro game online = the system wouldn't allow us entry. I rang the ticket office and bought them over the phone (spending over £100) and the staff member blamed ticketmaster for the problem.
How many have tried and then given up, resulting in a loss of revenue to the club?
It's also frustrating, that on top of paying the £2 booking fee, exiles are charged £1.50 for postage, as the ticket office refused to hold them for collection (they arrived the next day). Our print at home tickets have rarely ever worked at the turnstile, hence the postage.

Sounds like a total shit show to me.

Really disappointing this.

Just spoken to ticket office, they said it's an error (about being able to buy discount tickets as an STH online) and it's "being looked into". I say it's a BFC shit show.

Do you have Club Membership? Discounted tickets are only available to fans with Club Membership. I'll push out a longer statement on a new thread for clarity.
This was the confusion - the ticket site was / is saying. "Each season ticket holder can purchase one ticket at the discounted price.".

The club have now said that is an error, and ticket master are sorting it.

I can never buy tickets for a game for a game that is only open to previous purchasers. It just says 'This event is not yet available to you' despite being a STH.

Have trouble buying tickets on line also ,get tickets in my basket ,come to pay with credit card ,will not accept card details.Have to phone up and give credit cards details over the phone ,
