Not sure, try closing it and try again? If not might have to contact the club or go in.Trying to buy a ticket for tomorrow online but having issues. I'm an STH but keeps saying there's an error, can only buy one ticket per STH. I'm only buying one ticket so what's the issue? Anyone?
Had similar issues when purchasing extra tickets.Trying to buy a ticket for tomorrow online but having issues. I'm an STH but keeps saying there's an error, can only buy one ticket per STH. I'm only buying one ticket so what's the issue? Anyone?
Just had a try.Still no joy. No wonder the gates are down on last year, with our state of the art system.
Will ring tomorrow.
Ring tomorrow is the best way, 5 mins & you’re sorted, can’t see the point of messing around but I’m old fashionedStill no joy. No wonder the gates are down on last year, with our state of the art system.
Will ring tomorrow.
I know, but when I checkout it shows error, implying that I've already purchased at discount rate.Just had a try.
On the Official Site I clicked on "tickets" and it immediately recognised my purchase history so it let me continue.
I clicked on single tickets which then took me to Blackburn option.
Clicked buy now and then selected the South Stand and it showed availabilty.
Didn't go any further.
Ffs not still issues with the website etc, this is not helping at all.Still no joy. No wonder the gates are down on last year, with our state of the art system.
Will ring tomorrow.
What discount rate? That's for members.I know, but when I checkout it shows error, implying that I've already purchased at discount rate.
What discount rate? That's for members.
Ah right makes sense actually that ST holders get 1 at 25 but only 1, otherwise people wouldn't buy a membership and just get a st holders to get them. There are errors on the page
Each season ticket holder can purchase one ticket at the discounted price. Please double check, and either choose a different price class, use "assign" to assign tickets to a season ticket holder within your network or remove items from your basket to proceed.
This is the message I get. Season ticket holders are members as far as I can see.
You get one but don't actually get oneAh right makes sense actually that ST holders get 1 at 25 but only 1, otherwise people wouldn't buy a membership and just get a st holders to get them.
Why it's not working I don't know.
Should be marketing@blackpoolfc.co.ukHad similar issues when purchasing extra tickets.
The Ticket office told me to email marketing@blackpoolfootballclub.co.uk which I did but it kept coming back failing to send.
Same here, won't let me.Ah right makes sense actually that ST holders get 1 at 25 but only 1, otherwise people wouldn't buy a membership and just get a st holders to get them.
Why it's not working I don't know.
Thanks for that Steve.
Maybe I'm old fashioned but why would the one part of the club (tickets) ask you to email another part (marketing)? I'd be fuming if any of my team at work did that.
Been poor hasn't it, the new system launch was a nightmare for many. The single sign on is great, but had big issues and clearly the ticket system has some issues.Same here, won't let me.
I'll email the ticket office.
It's clearly an issue that the club needs to sort.
Yep its becoming a bit ridiculous now.Ticketing really should be a priority for the club. Seems like it's been really bad for quite some time and nobody at the club is willing to sort it out.
Seriously you want to purchase a ticket online why on earth should it come to having to make a phone call (as old folk like to do) or scratting around trying to contact some "marketing" email address (which no doubt lands in the ticket office or shop only to be ignored by some kid on minimum wage).
Get it sorted Mansford. You've had long enough.
@SLO_BFC please can you find out what is happening? This is getting silly now.I gave up with online ticketing after the Barrow game. Tried to purchase ten tickets. It wouldn’t recognise me or provide a new password. Mrs couldn’t register either so people started dropping out. In the end two of us took a chance on the ticket office being open prior to kick off, which it was. I wonder how many others gave up?
I'm in an email exchange with the ticket office but as it standsSame here, won't let me.

I thought so, but the guy above put some text saying about discounted price.I'm in an email exchange with the ticket office but as it stands
"Unfortunately, season ticket holders are not entitled to the members pricing. This pricing is only available to those who have paid a £15 membership fee."
When I've queried the online ticket message.I thought so, but the guy above put some text saying about discounted price.
Therea rules to follow so probably has to be that way it make the membership scheme look ridiculous really may as well just have gone eeith a cheaper price and get numbers in.
The are probably keen to make everyone use the App. Not much appeal for casual fans though.Th club App seems like a simple way to buy match tickets.
Yeah I'm just flagging up a possible solution for some peeps. The are probably keen to make everyone use the App. Not much appeal for casual fans though.
The app just sends you the same way, to the ticket site, so any issues will be the same.Th club App seems like a simple way to buy match tickets.
Agree, the fact that they've confirmed that we aren't is a backwards stepIt would be wrong for an STH not to be classed as a member in my opinion.
Sounds like a total shit show to me.As BFC members, over a week ago, we tried to buy our tickets for the Boro game online = the system wouldn't allow us entry. I rang the ticket office and bought them over the phone (spending over £100) and the staff member blamed ticketmaster for the problem.
How many have tried and then given up, resulting in a loss of revenue to the club?
It's also frustrating, that on top of paying the £2 booking fee, exiles are charged £1.50 for postage, as the ticket office refused to hold them for collection (they arrived the next day). Our print at home tickets have rarely ever worked at the turnstile, hence the postage.

Works for me and I've made no effort, so I must've got lucky.Just tried the app, doesn't work either. Definitely says that I'm a member, even though I'm an STH.
For a discounted ticket??Works for me and I've made no effort, so I must've got lucky.
Do you have Club Membership? Discounted tickets are only available to fans with Club Membership. I'll push out a longer statement on a new thread for clarity. For a discounted ticket??
This was the confusion - the ticket site was / is saying. "Each season ticket holder can purchase one ticket at the discounted price.".Do you have Club Membership? Discounted tickets are only available to fans with Club Membership. I'll push out a longer statement on a new thread for clarity.
Discounted? No.For a discounted ticket??
