Cannot verify on new site

Email has arrived with "click here to verify" with no link. The link has finally come through, don't know why it didn't initially and don't know why I have to "sign up" again.

All this raised on another thread. I've asked for clarification. Can't understand why no comment from the Club. They must know many are having problems.
 
Worked fine for me yesterday, but I think there were some issues when they had the new site last time.

Only issues I'm having is the video player doesn't bring up the buttons by pressing the screen.

Not a great time to have people having issues when ST on sale tommorow...

Mine went to spam ,clicked on the verify and it would'nt let me ,I had to confirm it wasnt spam and once I did that it let cllick on the link to verify .
 
The same happened to me last night at about 11.00pm. This does sometime happen when I access mails from banks, Aldi etc through the 'ready access' version of email on the computer. I therefore accessed my email provider through a new tab on the internet (as you used to have do all the time) and everything worked properly. Might be worth trying.

Anyway, used my laptop and sorted in seconds.

Whoever is in charge of testing wants shooting as it is failing on basics.
 
I had my confirmation arrive in spam but it would not verify. Following Big Bertha's note I moved it to my Inbox and it then worked fine -- Thanks Big Bertha!

Yep basic stuff like this should be working, especially when season tickets are now on sale and many aren't tech savvy.

You don't want people scrambling around when sales go live, you want them ready to go.

The one sign on is very positive and much better, no real issues for me but clearly some there.
 
This new web site is pretty shocking to be honest, they've bought into something here that doesn't really seem to be up to the job at the moment.
Constant spinning wheel when trying to logon.

When I do get in there seems to be no information regarding my previous season ticket allocations or seat numbers, just generic seats available. This is following the link in the email just sent telling me to "secure my season ticket"

Shockingly poor 🤨☹️👎

After the prices, this is the 2nd fcuk up with season tickets. Be a miracle if we get 1k sold at this rate.
Website obviously not fit for purpose or tested thoroughly.
As a bare minimum to cover above fcuk up, there should be guidance released asap

I was at first. Had to read a couple of threads on AVFTT, which sorted issue. Feels like a failure by the club to get on top of this mistake. Assume they realise people are struggling?
I presume so, but I presume most have figured out how to get the link to work?
 
I had all the above problems yesterday on iPhone. Once I got the repeated spinning wheel and “redirecting…” the penny dropped:
I installed Chrome and everything just worked - linked my existing ST to new account and SSO all working sweetly. Someone suggested this on another thread so thanks to whoever that was!

Fwiw the reason the penny dropped was I did one of these SSO rollouts about 2 years ago during lockdown. No problems for around 4k+ users, but dozens had issues like these. The provider suggested they use Chrome instead of whatever browser they had. Solved most of the issues. Seems it was ‘optimised’ for Chrome (techspeak for we couldn’t be arsed to test on anything else…)

Shouldn't have to just use chrome, but obviously I have chrome on my phone as its the best.

My Mrs just did her account and signed up in less than 10 mins, no issues, no spinning wheel, all smooth and easy.

Client account linked no issue.

Strange.
