Take heed Critchley we need 3 Quality forwards a midfield General a winger and a defender you need deep pockets to own a football club.
can you please invest properly in the team rather than do it on a frugal budget because it is blatantly obviouse the reason why we are as poor as we are is because you do not like spending money where the team needs investing heavily which is up top
I see nothing seems to change under your ownership as the club has been lacking a goal score since you have owned the club

They are comfortably the worst team I've seen this season. Our dominance was almost complete and only due to a lack of finishing did it feel like we'd drop points. Carey was excellent, as was Byers until his injury. Our forwards are just so poor, as is our delivery from set pieces. With Oxford winning we really do need Lincoln to turn them over midweek. A season of what could have been if we'd been a little better or braver.

I think the last point is the most pertinent. We lack finishers up front.

Chunky lad it is blatantly obvious that we are not good enough with the players that we have I will explain why to you pal.Sadler recruited Quitc because at the time he thought with his knowledge of bringing cheap players in to the club and not having to spend moey in the transfer market and being able to develop these cheap option players in to de

He developed him by having him sat on his back side, or out of the squad. I wonder how much better he might have been if allowed to play in the right position from the beginning of the season.

ONE, Carlisle fan makes a comment and you're getting moist coming on here lecturing us that Carey is the next Messi and Quitchley suddenly becomes Guardiola! 🤣

Carey was a bit better than his usual performance, that's all.
Not even man of the match against the worst team in the league!

You’re having a laugh mate. He had a very good game showing a lot of composure and confidence
Just read through my post again and can’t see any reference to Messi or Guardiola so please don’t put things out of context.

Agree with that and at least Carey looks to be positive and get us forward.
The problem is, like Lavery, he lacks quality.
In the 2nd half he made a great run through the middle and all he had to do was play a 5 yard pass to Beesley and fucked it up.
 
Careys end product is really poor, he's scored one goal and now he's a world beater again.

There was two different occasions yesterday when we had the overlap with coulson in a great position and he went for the shot and was blocked.

He always seems to make the wrong decisions

At least he shoots. If he'd passed it to one of our strikers, they'd have probably passed it back to Grimmy.

I though Carey and Coulson combined well at times, and I actually think he's been our most consistent player since coming back in. The issue is, when Carey starts playing well, Critchley drops him or comes out with a comment like 'threatened to look like a good player'.
 
I agree he's looked better recently but we have just played three of the worst teams in the league in a row.

I would love to eat my words and see him do well for us but just can't see it at the minute. The club seems to be slipping down to his level rather than us progressing and getting better players like Byers

I said the same thing. Norburn and Joseph have been average and poor respectively. I suspect you are correct in that the system isn’t helping but let's not blame everything on the system. In Joseph's case he's had a few chances and missed pretty much all of them! He's given the ball away frequently and struggles to link with anyone, I'm not sure what system would suit him if I'm honest. There are some flashes of a good player, we saw that against Bristol Rovers away and Forest at home but it's been dire stuff in the main.

I agree that several players have regressed under Critchley and his flawed system.
Joseph, however, has a goals per appearances ratio of 1 in 6, flopped at Swansea and continues to disappoint.

To me, he needs just that bit more. I thought he'd shine this season, but something is lacking. Physicality perhaps? I do think it's more than consistency though. And it's not a run in the team.

Let's hope we get a coach in who can get the best, out of him because there is a decent player in there.
