Preston spent 129% of their income on players' wages last year. Are we appalled?

Yes because it's put on the books as debt, borrowed so tax avoidance is prevelant City ain't doing that.

I've got more issues with those who pile on debt of any club to those who put ridiculous amounts in owner leaves or runs out of money and their stuffed.

Fleetwood one example over 20 million in debt how much tax has been paid on that loan absolute Fuck all.

Agreed, but Citeh are able to spend on transfers, wages, academy, infrastructure etc season after season after season as they have done. There’s an inevitability about that.

as i said above, he does what Pep tells him to do. I much prefer the role he had at Villa where he was the star man and had much more of a licence to roam but he's had to learn and follow the discipline that Pep wants from him and how to fit in with their style of play.
