Chant for Kouassi

Surely our new big man needs a song?

What about a rendition of the bowler song

His name is Kylian
He’s worth about 10 million
We think he’s ** brilliant
It’s Kouassi

Six foot six and he stood on the ground
He weighed two hundred and thirty-five pounds
But that giant of a man must be worth
A hundred million pounds

You can't see it with your eyes, hold it in your hands
Like the wind he covers the land
Strong enough to rule the heart of any man
Our Kylian
He'll lift us up never let us down
Take our world and turn it around
Ever since time nothing's ever been found
Like Kylian.

*French pronouncation of Paris*

KYL-I-AN KOU-ASS-I
HE PLAYS IN BLACKPOOL, NOT PARI
WITH A NICK NACK, PADDY WHACK, GIVE A DOG A BONE
MBAPPE CAN FUCK OFF HOME
French pronunciation - tick
French spelling - no.
It's still P-a-r-i-s
Unless you are dipping into colloquial French. Which would probably be a first on AVFTT.

In the context of typing out a chant it just makes more sense to read it as the rhyming pattern, our brains automatically read Paris as Paris because we're English.

Anyway, I'd leave the spelling and grammar corrections for a bit if I were you with your North End "on". They're in the stadium, not on it 😉

I’ve got it at last! To give give him his full name to the tune of “Your mum’s your dad…” with Traore spelt phonetically to fit in
Killian Prince, Emanuel. Trayore, Kouassi Repeat to fade.followed by (to tune of “who are you” Kouassi, Kouassi.

Ok all.

Time to get real. I’m Ryder Cup excited and have an A* in English, so not to be ignored, how about this… After all, the boy has Prince in his name, we surely can’t overlook this?!

To the tune of ‘My old man’s a dustman’

Ohhhhhhhh Super Prince Kouassi
He’s our wonder boy,

He loves to score at Bloomfield Road
and everywhere we go,

He’ll score with his left foot
He’ll score with his right,

And when we play the knobbers,
He’ll score or all ** night.

(Eat, sleep, rave, repeat!)

Keeping it a little more homely. To the tune of “Come on down to the sea”

Come on down to the sea,
Come see the Prince Koussai,

The boy was born to play and score wearing Tangerine,

He’ll play on his own,
He’ll play next to Rhodes,

But one things for sure,
The Prince he scores goals…

Lol, from my experience we can come up with fantastic lyrics on here and the north will ignore them all and sing songs with three syllables. Need to tone down your expectations folks.

Oh Killy Killy
Killy Killy Killy Killy
Kouassi

Would be what I expect the lyricists over there to come up with 😂

To the tune of "you are my sunshine"

You are my Kouassi,
Kylian Kouassi,
You make me happy,
When skies are grey,
Signed on a free
From Sutton United FC
So please don’t take,
My Kouassi away

An A* eh? Good lad. They didn't have those in my day. Had to make do with an A.
