So even if he wants to come back, it would take more than the Yates fee to tempt Arsenal, unless we offered a buy back and a massive sell on %. All things that would go against the clubs policy. I liked Charlie but the chances of seeing him again in a Blackpool shirt next season are remote, extremely remote.
 
If he trains for pace with Usain Bolt, bulks up with Armie and we get him for free, then ok.

In all seriousness, he could be worth millions in a couple of years.

That's where he's from and where Arsenal picked him up. I'm unsure he fits with their style of play but would not be surprised at all if they tried to get him. I also suspect there will be several Championship clubs interested.

The midfield looks sorted until someone gets injured. Also he's a player who will be able to step up to the cship easy enough.

He's not coming here though, so all a bit pointless.
 
Would love to see him under Critch, I reckon he’d be brilliant.

However, would he come to League One? I don’t think so.
We need to stop with the ‘I heard x y and z’ on twitter. It’s full of things that are not even remotely true.
 
I doubt he'll be leaving Arsenal - another loan on the cards to a quality championship side - unless they see a benefit of him having a season in League 1 where he will have more time on the ball but also get clattered. His performances/contribution to change a game as the season progressed were there for all to see. I suspect he is a player who needs to be the main man (a la Charlie Adam) so watch this space
 
Not a chance in hell this happens. Personally think it would be a brilliant move for the lad to work with Critchley and to play in a team that plays football for the coming season. Could really kick start his career. BUT he’s got all the potential in the world and a good reputation so someone will offer him £10-20k a week just to warm a bench

How is it definite? Hes played one season in L2 and no higher. Im sure hes a good olayer but we've several midfield players who have played in the Championship and would be very strong in L2. Virtue is wanted by the richest L2 club and will struggle to start for us.
