Surprised these clubs are not learning from the Arteta situation.

Problem is likely that managing "up and coming " hungry players who want to make themselves stars with big contracts is a different skill than managing the players who have already achieved that. Potter would probably still be able to take a lower mid table prem club and get them into the top 10 though, 4-5 clubs who will give him a chance I'd have thought.
