Club Wembley Hospitality

We were two of the unlucky people who werent able to get a ticket in the stands, much like many others, but as we were in London anyway for the weekend, we really wanted to be at the game...so we decided to opt for the Club Wembley.

Have to say it was absolutely well worth the cost. We all know London and Wembley tend to be a bit of a rip off but we genuinely couldnt fault it. The food and service was amazing as was the free bar from 12pm until about 6.30pm 😃 (I think we justified the cost back in the drinks hahaha).

Talking to other people in the hospitality thy felt the same way.

All in all it was an awesome experience with a fantastic performance by the team capped off by a fabulous result.

Pleased you enjoyed 👍

I agree
Three of us throughly enjoyed the experience, our waiter couldn't have done more
Only bad point was missing the buzz outside the ground, but having been to all previous games at Wembley n Cardiff it wouldn't have been as good.
With all the money saved during lockdown it was a bargain can't wait for Championship play-off final

As the only option available to allow all 3 of us to go, we went for the club Wembley package.

I have to agree, they couldn't have done more for us and every member of staff was welcoming. The food and drink were excellent as were the facilities. Not sure it warranted the £300pp but it certainly was a marvellous experience to cherish.

Beg to differ. At The Green Man it was superb with enough jagerbomb dollies to keep our interest (those present will know what I mean and surprised there hasn't been a few photos).

At around 2pm the march to the ground was loud and proud.

Heard from a couple of friends that hospitality was good and we nearly did it but managed to get our group sorted with normal tickets apart from one guy who missed out.

Agree with the sentiment, we had a cracking time in Club Wembley too. Wouldn't describe it as good value per se, but the experience is great and I'd do it again no question.

Agreed...the staff were awesome. The lady who was our area waitress was fab. After the first two rounds of beer we ordered, she actually just brought us 2 more when we were nearly empty without us having to ask.

Like you say it was a big outlay...we ummed and ahhed the night before the tickets went on sale as to whether it was too pricey and if we could afford it...but we justified it by not having a holiday last year and not having any nights out, where we could blow 100 quid on a night out.

In the end I'm glad we did

Yep 👍 I can endorse all of the above. Four of us had a great time. And the pies were nice. Even the one I managed to drop on the floor.

Absolutely agree, the three of us had a great time. Food and service couldn't be faulted. My sons are vegetarian and there was no issue with alternative meals. Unfortunately I was driving so could only have a couple of drinks and we didn't go back in after full time. What were the cheese and biscuits like ? 😄

Jagerbomb dollies! Me and my brother had to make do with 2 pints of mild each brought to us outside by the barmaid at The Vic in Cleveleys pre-match 😂

Yeap Blackpool fans had Green Man closed so will be danned on future trips

I bought a pie and a bottle of water in the cheap seats, and I think that made it up to the same price as club wembley! Maybe next time...:)

I was up for marrying the one in boots, black leather shorts and shots - would have considered missing the game for 90 minutes with her !!!!

No trouble in there from what I saw. A few flares but no big deal.

could have been a case of excess salivating over the shotesses!!

Oops..looks like I may have got you mixed up with our Singapore based Seasider....I could blame it on the vino so I’ll just have one more glass before retiring ( to bed that is,still recovering after driving more in one day than I have done for much of the rest of this year and most of the last one😉)

oh hang on...ok I give in..we’re you here or not....think I”ll make that two more.

Totally agree.

We went down Saturday and watched the Champions League Final in a local pub. Reasonable £4 a pint with a great tv view.

We had no idea what to expect the next day on hospitality and our main worry was feeling like we had been totally ripped off. It was our our only option to watch the game so decided to push the boat out and go for it. (We could only get Lincoln end hospitality but went for that).

We were in dead on 12pm (first in Lincoln hospitality 😁) and were kicked out last at 6.40.

The staff were amazing with instant service when you wanted anything. I was on a table with my mate. We had two bottles of wine on the table when we arrived and beer was readily available. We checked the vino price on line and it was £24 a bottle, we polished off 6 between us. We quite liked it 🍷.
Food was superb and we could call up each course as and when we were ready.

Beers n 2 gourmet steak pies at half time.
Cheese n biscuits n vino after the match.

They managed it perfectly. The whole day went like a dream and the hospitality was faultless.

We just chilled out, drank excessively, watched a great game and then met King Dougall for a piccie before heading off to the Green Man to meet up with mates for a few hours.

I put my mate to bed at 9.45pm!

The wine had kicked in by then.

We will do it again for sure, thoroughly recommend it if you can stretch to it. It was a great decision which more than anything allowed us to watch our 7th Pool Play Off Final (2017 we boycotted of cause, and did not want to miss another).

👍🏻🍷🍺⚽
