Cods on tv Sunday

Fleetwood on mainstream ITV because they might be victim's of a cup upset.
I would never have believed it growing up!

Yes but the vast majority will have come On Club travel … and if it wasn’t heavily subsidised there would be less than 50 of them.

In saying that… in the current financial climate and how we are playing … I wouldn’t have travelled on a Sunday down there to see BFC unless it was subsidised either 😃

A close game first half, with few chances created.
The Cods need to up the tempo if they want to win this game.
The common failing with the 'favorites', is to drop the pace, from first KO, to that of the underdog. The Cods manager needs to wind them up at halftime.
I would like our close neighbours to win and we draw them next round at home.

I want us to draw a big club away and get a payday of around a million. Playing Fleetwood might bring in £4.50.

True, but we still counted our fans in 'thousands', not fingers on hands
True but come on a massive difference here in clubs.
I think a good few on here including me expected to see no more than 40/50 fans at best making the trip but looked 5 times that many wether it’s subsidised or not.
Anyway it’s all over finished 0-1 so What chances of a Cods v Pool game in the draw tomorrow night. 😮

Would be interesting.
To be fair the shot of the Cods that I saw had about 15 supporters, so if it was 50ish then fair play due to the long journey.

Valid point Wiz, but I'd prefer a winnable game at home, rather than a big club away and going out in the 3rd round again. That way the money pot grows & SS may buy some players in January 🧡 🍊

They really should keep all matches until round 4 at least as regional games.
It’s bollux asking fans of little clubs to have to travel hundreds of miles.

More turn up for games that are derby games or at least within an hour. Including non league teams.
I’d rather we drew a Northern based Prem team than Bournmouth or Brighton.

No wonder people give you stick .
Your arguing on a thread about Fleetwood by having a go at your own team and supporters.
I’am old enough to take stick I’ve had it for years over this so called Fleetwood love in.

Anyway If you read my comments again where have I had a go at the team?

Certain fans on here always keep reminding us about Fleetwood’s support (or lack of it) yes we all know it’s crap and it’ll never increase but it’s getting all so tiresome these days as I keep saying.

Change the feckin record. 😴 🛌 💤

That would be a valid point if I'd posted on a Fleetwood message board, but it isn't.

Whereas you, you see the words Fleetwood Town and you unzip.
But yet it always seems to attract you doesn’t it with yours snide childish remarks.

If people don’t like talking about Fleetwood town on here my advice would be don’t post threads about them simple.

Can you imagine the reaction though had they lost today? from idiots like Comical Allez? Surprised he’s not posted Ebbsfleet 0. 🤣
