Four from premier league clubs as well in that bunch.Charlie Adam brought in half a team yesterday. You can't say he's not trying, although desperate measures are clearly needed there.
Couple of lads from Premier League clubs (over inflated) squads as apposed to PL players I would say.A couple of premier league players as well in that bunch.
Still going to need a minor miracle though to turn things around.
Yet someone on here posted 5 out and non in last night.
When exactly has a Fleetwood squad been anywhere near as good as ours?Think they have already waved the white flag and are clearing the decks for L2 next season. Higher earners gone and cheap young loans and Irish players in replacement. Tough job for Charlie and I just hope he gets a crack at it next season but knowing how sack happy they are I wouldn't guarantee it.
As squads and quality go we are miles ahead of them now.
I got it wrong 4 players from premier league clubs and a player from the Irish premier league so 3 loans and 2 permanent deals.Couple of lads from Premier League clubs (over inflated) squads as apposed to PL players I would say.
Well one season they were in a higher league and two seasons they finished above us. So then. When exactly has a Fleetwood squad been anywhere near as good as ours?
FFS you've set a low bar there comparing us to them
nah nah ne nah nahWell one season they were in a higher league and two seasons they finished above us. So then.
That was about Preston, wasn't it?Four from premier league clubs as well in that bunch.

And for 134 years we've been above themWell one season they were in a higher league and two seasons they finished above us. So then.
Not when the thread was titled Codwood preparing for league 2 it wasn’t.That was about Preston, wasn't it?
So nothing to do with them only being in the football league since 2012 then? And for 134 years we've been above them
Yes, non League shite. So nothing to do with them only being in the football league since 2012 then?
I got it wrong 4 players from premier league clubs and a player from the Irish premier league so 3 loans and 2 permanent deals.
So 5 out 5 in and fees paid for 2 of them.
Pilley must have a stash under his pillow in his cell which they haven’t found yet.
The two players in question both wanted away Marriott since the start of last season when his planned move to Wrexham didn’t happen. The two they paid fees for were last seen playing at St. Patrick's and Barnet. Kilkenny looks like a decent signing ; the other two loans have one first team outing between them, I think. Meanwhile two of their most experienced players have left.
Looks like a team preparing for League 2, to me. We'll soon know ; seven games in February, if they haven't made serious progress by then, it won't be coming.
I said that Robbie but my thread got pulled. Do you know the mods? The two they paid fees for were last seen playing at St. Patrick's and Barnet. Nice to know you are able to think cogently on occasion. The trouble is we only have your word for it.I said that Robbie but my thread got pulled. Do you know the mods?
The vast majority of us want to see Fleetwood back in obscurity actuallylove to see CHARLIE pull this off. he is one of our own. i think the vast majority of us would love to see the great escape for the cods. no one likes to see any one relagated. especially after our painfull season.
That wasn't what my reply was about but as usual you get prickly about Fleetwood. And for 134 years we've been above them
He does indeed he’s the worst one on this board these day all rather childish at times. That wasn't what my reply was about but as usual you get prickly about Fleetwood.
They literally spent a total of £50kI got it wrong 4 players from premier league clubs and a player from the Irish premier league so 3 loans and 2 permanent deals.

Fleetwood Town attempt to sign St Pat's striker with LOI sister club interested
FLEETWOOD TOWN have moved for St Pat’s striker Tommy Lonergan after sister club Waterford were thwarted in its bid to sign him. Lonergan, 20, returned to Inchicore last year after a spell wit…www.thesun.ie
Port vale have 2 games in hand on them too, so in reality even further away and the teams they're chasing, some shouldn't be down there and will climb. Reading also in a false position because of their points deduction and may lift themselves out of it eventually. They have a massive game tomorrow.
Port Vale at home who are just above the dotted line and 11 points better off.
I suspect you'd never need to work again if it came in!Biggest punt of the year, both Fleetwood and Forest Green to stay up ?
Wonder what the odds on that are ?
200/1. For every £10 you put on you lose £10.Biggest punt of the year, both Fleetwood and Forest Green to stay up ?

Why?The vast majority of us want to see Fleetwood back in obscurity actually
Good question.Why?
If they are so irrelevant to most on here then why do they generate so much discussion and posts? Far more than pne actually. You've got Wiz on this thread boasting that we've been above them for 134 years just because I pointed out they had 3 better seasons than us once. What's that all about? If you take a similar geographic in East Lancashire is there loads of Burnley and Blackburn fans boasting about how much better they are than Accrington Stanley ? Or posting endlessly on their forums about them? I don't think there is is there. It just makes us look tinpot.Good question.
To most of us they are irrelevant but they seem to think they're massive rivals of BFC. They seem to have more songs about us than they do about their own team, FFS!
Pool fans have been boosting their attendances for decades yet still they hate us for being bigger and better (disclaimer, their old school fans are decent non league fans with no axe to grind whatsoever!) despite their disgraced owner being a lifelong Pool fan! Their new breed of clueless losers are embarrasing!
Anything else I can help you with?
I didn't say "most on here", I said most of us... meaning Blackpool fans. I don't see this site as particularly representative of our fan base and even then, there's only a handfull on here that post about Fleetwood with any regularity. If they are so irrelevant to most on here then why do they generate so much discussion and posts? personal opinion. The vast majority of us want to see Fleetwood back in obscurity actually
its in michelle mones knicker draw. along with 75 millionn. just for safekeeping. They literally spent a total of £50k
Of course.personal opinion.
A small club or not they have indeed impacted on our small catchment area, so them falling back towards their level is welcome of we went to help Blackpool grow. We've lost a number of potential young fans all over North Fylde through Pilleys illegal business strategies financing the club & creation of Poolfoot. I'd be more than happy for FTFC to drift back to non league & tangerine replacing those shitty Arsenal lookalike kits on North Fylde kids.
Agree JJ. Always thought it a shame when the club do an initiative, free pool shirt was one of them, but only aimed at Blackpool school kids. NHS site states the Fylde coast population is 350k. Plenty to get an interest inA small club or not they have indeed impacted on our small catchment area, so them falling back towards their level is welcome of we went to help Blackpool grow.
We should also be pushing hard in those areas as well.
For me it needs something pre season for the first game maybe, or tbh it would work for any game if well advertised through all the local social media pages etc.Agree JJ. In my experience growing up in Fleetwood and I still work in the town is that before Pilley we never had significant numbers from Fleetwood supporting us . Some but not as many as you you would think being so close in proximity to the nearest league club. I think the problem is that since their rise they've picked up a little bit of support from other areas of North Fylde. Walking around Cleveleys for instance you're likely to see as manyLove to know if those fans that defected Pool to support Cods ( I know a few) are returning back.
