when one has quiet day others step up

Prem teams have to be looking at him

And yet I repeatedly read on other teams forums that we dont have the depth in squad to do well in the Championship .
We have had loads of injuries and all those players that have come in have stepped up to the mark .
As others have said, this is possibly the strongest squad we have had in modern times .

lets not forget Brett Gerrity who was stood in the west paddock with Simon back in the day👍🏻

Listened to Tangerine radio and I heard the 3 fist pump cheers and knew it was Critch saluting the fans.
Wonder where that came from? Was it just a spontaneous thing? Do any other managers do anything similar.
Fast moving into icon/legend status.
Nearly halfway to our safety points total. 24 points already! Who'd have thought that 6 games ago?
Brilliant

Mark Robins did the 3 fist pump after Coventry beat us.

Fast becoming a legend - great relationship with the team, & building a real ‘Billy A’ relationship with the supporters
Steady on old chap, what we had with Billy Ayre was unique. Poor old Billy was working with one hand tied behind his back due to the incompetent bellend who owned the club, the supporters realised this and it made the relationship all the more special.Critch is in charge of a totally different football club.

He is undoubtedly in charge of a very different football club, but it doesn't make his achievements any less, this man is the absolute dogs bollocks at the moment, long may it continue

They look at the players and the cost of the transfers. Probably haven’t even heard of them. Players coming on that were playing at Kings Lynn, etc.
But OUR subs are making a difference. Positively affecting the results in our favour. Any of them could comfortably switch places with the starting 11. That’s real strength in depth. NC is managing to keep them all happy, which is a difficult trick to achieve.
