Damp problem!

Sorry to dampen your Christmas spirits but I recently purchased my first house and am in the process of renovation. There are damp issues to some walls downstairs and I need someone to evaluate and fix the problem.
Can anyone recommend a local tradesman who is reasonable and reliable ?

Dave Stone 07971 250277 , will be cheaper than Northern damp proofing.
 
Has it had cavity wall insulation installed?

If so it may need extracting.

If it was installed you can get it checked free under the guarantee.
