Agreed. I said in the match thread that he's been excellent in both defence and attackHe'll be unlucky if he gets left out at Wembley. Outstanding tonight. Worked hard off the ball, ran them ragged on it and made the right decision more often than not, which isn't a given with him.
Well played, fella.
Does it have to be either/ or? Mitchell plays wide, Kaikai centre. Could we dispense with a holding midfielder? Probably not-but perhaps adapt the system to integrate the flair players? As good as Mitchell was tonight he won’t play in the final if Kaikai is fit. Kaikai offers more defensively and as a goalscorer.
I'm not. He might, but Embleton will start if it's Lincoln. Otherwise Anderson or Kaikai. I can't see how you leave Mitchell out after tonight really. He's been a slow burn but he's really got it together now and his confidence is sky high.In pretty sure he’s going to start Anderson at Wembley.
Me neither.I'm not sure Kaikai is a better defender than Mitchell.
That's my starting eleven too. Wembley is a tiring occasion, we'll need the others off the bench. I thought Big Ek looked a bit off the pace when he came on, still working his way back to full sharpness. Thorniley has been unlucky and I think he'd be the one I'd bring on if needed.I don't think you can start Kaikai in the final, back from injury, too important a game for him to be playing himself back to fitness Unless Sunderland get to the final and we lose Embo. Ward Kaikai Anderson Gabriel Thorniley Ekpiteta Robson Madine will be unlucky to miss out but the players slap bang in form are:
Max
Turt Ball Husb Garb
Mitch Stew Doug Embo
Yates Simms
By far and away the MotM !He'll be unlucky if he gets left out at Wembley. Outstanding tonight. Worked hard off the ball, ran them ragged on it and made the right decision more often than not, which isn't a given with him.
Well played, fella.
Yates, Dougall and Stewart were also excellent, not that much in it for me.By far and away the MotM !

Fingers crossed we get to see Dan Ballard again but I'm not sure after that game. And it could be the little things that go towards favouring the opposition in the end, recovering from that tonight, but we'll see. That's my starting eleven too. Yates got Sky MOTM. Dougall the club match sponsors and Kevin Stewart was like a man on a mission after his involvement in their first goal. And I thought, at the point he went off, Demi Mitchell was the player that Oxford feared the most and could maybe keep their advances in check, though we surrendered possession in a way I didn't like after the 30th minute. For the most part they all give it their absolute best though and that's summed up the season as it's matured.Yates, Dougall and Stewart were also excellent, not that much in it for me.
Amazingly, given my dedication to Sullay and all that he is, I agree.I don't think you can start Kaikai in the final, back from injury, too important a game for him to be playing himself back to fitness Unless Sunderland get to the final and we lose Embo. Let’s hope done and dusted puts a smile on everyone’s face next week

And if we play Sunderland?Amazingly, given my dedication to Sullay and all that he is, I agree.
The wide open spaces of Wembley?Imagine his pace in the wide open acres of Wembley.
I’d start him. It’s a no brainer. He’s played himself into the final imo.
