Sadler loves Critchley, he can't see how awful he is. The last 5 managers are a very low bar and who appointed them? Critchley is the best? Well the best of a load of utter clowns doesn't make him a good manager. Sadler hasn't got a clue about hiring managers, it is pretty obvious when you look at his record.
