one of the big differences with this team, is the players really seem to know their roles and so far are executing them perfectly. We look an organised, well drilled side for the first time well since Critch was here

We need a good cup run to keep happy and in form the dev squad graduates, plus some of the squad who play less games.

There's plenty of cups to go at this season, if we have too many games we can always lean more on the dev squad to make sure the 1st team squad isn't over used.

But it's looking good so far, seems there's a coherent message and style throughout the squad.

I enjoyed his commentary actually . Better than all the decibel shouty types. Plus he's pretty humourous and definitely knows his football and talks a lot of sense .
Plus which we were on the way to being non league when Mr Bowyer, against all the odds not only kept us up but got us promoted .
