Derby Fans

Nobbers use that phrase, the self proclaimed best fans, all the time.

So its not hard to see why I saw the similarity.

The support was great going back and fourth, Derby were then quiet 2nd half and we capitulated in a predictably poor way.

Hence why then that spreads to the atmosphere, hardly going to be bouncing after that.
 
Smashing set of fans who contributed to the occasion and with that support and the game meaning zilch I was happy for them.
 
I have said they were good but we were great also, good support and banter back and forth.

Sometimes being in amongst it and used to it you can't gauge how loud pool fans sound from a distance.

Take this bit on Lee's video for eg, great banter back and forth, watch the next minute or so. Remember also away fans are in the low roof east which only benefits noise. So we do even better to compete with away fans and out sing most if we ain't getting tonked.

Don’t agree that we were shocking

Not our best performance by any stretch but I thought it was fairly even against let’s face it a mid table side .

Agree re the love in with the derby fans . They were supportive re Oyston but I would have preferred a bit more niggle with them .

That said it was a wonderful atmosphere.

Decent club shame they are going down but that’s what happens when you gamble to get to the prem.

Not sure i said shocking on this thread dis I? Generally said poor on others.

But yeah great atmosphere and imagine if our fans had a low roof stand too and something to actually celebrate during the game....
 
o/p nobber or nob it's one or the other, more likely the latter. Only a dick would start a thread to have a go at Blackpool fans who have been tremendous all season.

Yep and see my post with lees video clip above, if haven't already, clearly banter back and forth with pool giving it back just as good. Considering we had nothing to cheer and gave the game away so cheaply it was great.
 
Only here to see Derby made me laugh, in the last 50 years who apart from Derby fans has been excited to see Derby!!?

I just look at your posting history. It's pretty clear you are a nob. Why the need to slag off the fans of the team you claim to support. Yep, it's vbecause you're a dick wind up merchant.

Actually your wrong Sherlock Holmes although i would image that's a regular occurrence with you and your abusive accusations.
You remind me of the tedious pub bore that everybody endeavours to avoid.

What am I wrong about? And why do you start a thread putting down the fans of the club you claim to support. I think they've been magnificent all season, yet you clearly have an issue with them. Why is that?
 
Have to agree what a stupid if not downright disgusting opening post.Our home and away support is amazing….and commented on by most if not all our opposing fans.
They had just under 4000 fans there who clearly enjoyed their day out and as it turned out their victory…..4000 can make one hell of a noise as did ours on all 3 of the remaining stands.
The game itself was basically very poor in quality but the respective support wasn’t.

Yep we've been magnificent all season. Doesn't mean we can't improve or don't suffer from the same things all fans do, like getting tonked people leaving etc.

But we've been fantastic, often when your amongst the crowd you get used to it and don't realise how loud it sounds from the other fans perspective.

So just like we thought derby were good so to they thought we were good too and so have many other opposition fans this season.

I think we can improve and add to the atmosphere if we allow more fans in the NE stand and certainly when the stadium is finished.

Also the more were in the championship competing with big clubs fanbases the more we will grow and improve.

I think I said already but lees video shows how good we can be even in a nothing game.

The guy clearly has issues. Starts a thread belittling our fans and his contribution to the 3 word game is the same old dig at our owner.
