It was ok and did the job. My only issue was with the Radio Lancs commentary. I’d prefer it we could have our own specific commentary team at the game and not have to listen to the Goal Action bollox from Morecambe or Accrington every 5 minutes. How did everyone 'enjoy' watching Saturday's game? Not sure why but I felt utterly removed from the game. I've enjoyed watching us on TV before but this just felt an utterly soulless experience. It might improve but I think I might go back to watching Soccer Saturday!
It is what it is a streaming site with crap commentary from a Local Radio station.
I seriously don't understand when we had nothing before how anyone can criticize it because a TV production costs big money far more than the few grand we take in on one of our games.
I blame the user more than the product been using it since it came out watched cup games and midweek and never had a problem.I think the issue relates to the fact nearly every instance I've seen of people on here complaining about ifollow is actually related to issues at the user end... which results in people getting a poor impression of ifollow... especially if they're not tech savvy.
Not sure about that Dave the home team gets around 30k (away team 10k) in Lge1 for putting on a live game but as we know it's not very often.I found it quite good, no tech problems and nearly £8 of my tenner apparently goes to the club (hope that's right)
I'm guessing that's a lot more than the club would get when the Sky cameras are there
For a tenner, I can cope with the odd score update from Morecambe, even if it was slightly annoying.
Agree with you. I've given up watching any other football. Watch BFC on ifollow and that's all.I enjoyed it because it was blackpool. I would have likely been there though.
Cricket aside, I'm struggling to watch any sport without fans. I'm not sure I've watched a neutral game since whenever footie has come back.
Watching NFL now, and again without fans in general its poor. Especially the lack of cheerleaders but that's another issue altogether......
I am up for that haha!Bearing in mind how it looks like we won't be in BR as an entire fan base until next season iFollow really is a God send and the companies should maybe invest a bit more in to it to make it a 'proper fan experience'. They could even use @SonOfTAM's feed pre-match, half time and full time just to add something to it.
Agreed and I can honestly say all last season and so far this it's worked flawlessly for me.I think the issue relates to the fact nearly every instance I've seen of people on here complaining about ifollow is actually related to issues at the user end... which results in people getting a poor impression of ifollow... especially if they're not tech savvy.
This going to other games never happened pre Covid. It was good but would have been better, as mentioned above, without the interuptions from other games but the best change they could have made would have been to sit the commentator on the same side of the pitch as the camera!
