My Digital Pass was not updated and disappeared from phone for Watford game,

Anyone else have same problem?

After the Norwich game mine moved into “expired passes’. I just went in there and clicked on ‘unhide’ and it popped back up in my current active passes. Worked fine for the Watford game.
However, yesterday I got a notification saying due to an issue with my ‘wallet’ I had log into the following website - reactive-wallet-ports.com To reactive my cards. Needless to say this is a scam and no need to do anything.

Got mine but each time I’ve been, there’s been a queue, so didn’t want to hold them up, used my card instead.

I had the same issue with it going to expired but I cannot see anywhere that says "unhide" or anything similar so don't know what I'm doing wrong !!!

Using my plastic card, hope they scrap the digital version, older or less tech savvy fans will continue to struggle and hold up queues are inevitable. Scrap it!

Well if you can continue to use your plastic card, it’s no issue is it really?

Like, just don’t use the card on your phone then there won’t be anyone holding queues up.

If it's not broken, don"t meddle with it, bit like the footy team, re tinkerman Critch.

open your “Wallet” - assuming you use this for Apple Pay &/or Store cards, you will see a screen showing all your cards. Scroll the page from bottom to top - at the bottom of the page you will see “view Expired passes”.
tap on that and it opens a new screen showing any expired passes….in this case your season ticket card. Tap on the expired card and it opens a new screen . At the bottom of this screen you have 2 options - Delete or Unhide…..tap on unhide and it will return to your active cards.
good luck

Don't bother, just use your plastic, it's simpler 🙄

Same here….received an email from the club on 5/9/22. If you have not received it and want a digital option, suggest you contact the ticket office and ask them to resend. The email should include a link unique to your season ticket

Spot on there SL, as once it is taken out of 'Expired'it randomly renews itself ahead games with the notification of 'Fortress'

I've not explored how to give my digital card to someone else when I cant attend.

Digital tickets in South and West currently, not yet in North. It is being scheduled and North Stand ST holders will be contacted in advance.
Cue chaos in the North as Raggy and Rox try and simultaneously enter; one using card and one digital, "just for a laugh.'

Hmmm good question. I wouldn’t imagine you can transfer it another device. Maybe best keep your card as well and hand that over when you can’t attend.

Cheers for the advice - found mine now

Unfortunately mine only offers "delete" not "unhide".....

I'll stick to the card for now as it doesn't have batteries that can fail or run out, plus it sounds flawed ATM.
