Djokovic?

Greatest of all time? Not for me he's an amazing player but I'm still a Federer fan! Perhaps my judgement is clouded because I'm not keen on him as a person but wow the levels Fed, Nadal and Djokovic have achieved are ridiculous and Andy Murray would have won a ton more in another era, he still did well.

Winning the most Grand Slams doesn't necessarily mean he's the best player ever, but I reckon he is and he's got a few more majors in his closet if he wants them.

Yep greatest of all time

It's not even debatable now he's broken the record is it?
Why? Winning majors doesn't necessarily mean you are the best of all time. He's mopping up now due to lack of competition. Nadal was the king of clay he wouldn't have won that if he was still fit, Fed the king of Wimbledon.

We will never know for sure but he's outlasted his rivals

Best of all time for me

The majors record speaks for itself. You could argue that, having kept pace with them, Djokovic has moved past the others at the end of all the careers of the big four, if you include Murray. Whereas Fed and Nadal won the majority of theirs while all of them were at their peak.

Out of him, Nadal and Federer, I know who I'd sooner watch. Federer's an artist on grass and hard court.

Greatest, no doubt. And has even forfeited the chance for more titles due to his principles. Whether you agree with them or not - many didn't like Ali dodging the draft at the time - Novak is undoubtedly top dog in the world of tennis and he's not done yet.

As with all sports it’s impossible to make comparisons because so many factors come into it, but in the entire Djokovic Federer Nadal era, Andy Murray has been their only rival and when they finally have all gone, who is there to take on the mantle for tennis.

Alcaraz will be the dominant player in the next few years, would have given Djokovic a run for his money this week if it wasn’t for his cramp problems

Just a word for Murray, with the injuries and plated hip joint he has, he’s phenomenal;
Has been super unlucky to be around at the same time as the other three that dominated and with injuries. I’ve always thought he had the game to be world number one for longer than he was but not sure quite had the temperament to match.

Here’s hoping he has a decent Wimbledon 🎾

Agree, he was just the barest fraction not as good as Fed, Nadal and Novo in various aspects of his game. They all had one part of their game better than Andy but he's been a fantastic player.

I wonder how well known he is outside of the real tennis aficionados. How many will tune in to specifically watch him the way they do for Federer Rafa or Djokovi. I suspect Krygios is better known for his outbursts
Perhaps not yet but he’s good to watch and will become a superstar in time I’m sure.

Tennis and all sports needs players like Kyrgios, not enough characters around these days,

JP McEnroe is my all time fave tennis player.
