Does anyone know what’s happened to Nuttall?

I take your point but would just say he may well never have read these comments and if a topic of any sort comes up on here it inevitably gets scrutinised in more detail by both those who agree or disagree.I think it`s pushing it to describe that as bullying.

It`s part of life to deal with things that aren`t always how we would like them to be,take it on the chin and move on, without constantly complaining about your lot in life which seems to becoming much more prevalent in recent times.Whenever you switch on the news there`s so much whinging and complaining. We used to believe in a stiff upper lip and getting on with life, not any more it seems.

My daughter lived in Turkey for a few years and she has noticed that there are so many good things about living in this country that aren`t available over there and yet in this country they are all just taken for granted whilst there is constant complaining but little appreciation for what we have over here.
Can you name any ? (England is better than Turkey)
What’s it got to do with Mr Nuttall too ?

Nuttall threads are an excuse for puns ffs.

His sister has recently had a kid, so he's actually gone into business with Scott in the Wigan area manufacturing round sweets that 'keep you all aglow'

Uncle Joe's Minto Balls.

Stop it td, he doesn't need encouraging.

I'm sorry but to say he has "far more ability" than Simms is absolutely ludicrous, I'm unsure of what you saw of Nuttall last season to form that opinion. I'd accept someone preferring Nuttall as much as I wouldn't agree but "far more ability" is a bit too much hyperbole for me.

Joe Nuttall
59 senior appearances, 8 goals

Ellis Simms
12 senior appearances, 4 goals

I don't ever remember Nuttall bullying someone off the ball, or wrestling with someone and winning a penalty like Simms did at Charlton. I certainly don't remember this "better strike" and the goal tally speaks for that (both of Nuttall's 2 goals for Blackpool FC were headers to boot), he certainly never scored a goal like Simms did on Friday. Remember as well this is Simms first time playing senior football, Nuttall had come to us with a full season under his belt and various short spells elsewhere.

Simms matched Nuttall's goalscoring tally for us over 27 appearances in his first 20 minutes in a Blackpool shirt. I wonder how many senior goals he'll have by the time he reaches 59 appearances considering he's halfway to Nuttall's tally with a mere 47 to go?

I certainly have no love affair with Simms, but I feel compelled to fight his corner when you've said Nuttall has far more ability than him because it isn't true.
It’s an opinion. From what I’ve seen it both. Nuttall has. Better ball control. Better touch. Better at heading the ball but it’s close. Better strike from long distance. Hasn’t shown anywhere near what he’s capable of. So, you can’t say it isn’t true. That’s a factual statement. Which is incorrect.

After the spotting of Niggles Madine yesterday there was a further spotting to tick off in the BFC I Spy book of injured strikers.
Joe was out last night in Manchester?? having a meal with Demi Mitchell. Pictures on Instagram for those that know about social media (ask the grandkids).

I want that book.

Dave Bamber limping around homebase.

I'm not 100% sure how recent the meeting was so maybe the Instagram experts can have a look on Demi's pages.
Mixing up the books Bez Lubala is a "shiney" when spotted.

It's outside, it's not so warm that Joe has dispensed with the check shirt. I'd say that's a recent photo.
I screenshotted it from a video on Mitchell's instagram story, which are posted live. If you look next to Mitchell's username is says 15h which means 15 hours ago, so its as recent as it gets!

Yeah and I hope they are all enjoying themselves and Joe is getting back to fitness and ready to get back playing football. I reckon a confident Joe Nuttall tears League One apart.

Yes, but it *could* be an upload of a previously banter-tastic event surely? A call back if you like.

Give the lad a break if he has mental health problems. It can happen to anyone. He did not suddenly become a bad player overnight. Let’s hope we get him back as the player he was At T’Rovers.
