Government advice is to get out there in the fresh air, specifically mentioning driving to beaches.

There has been a number of stalls on the prom getting ready to open up, l even saw a palm reader open the other day offering a discounted £5 offer to have your palm read FFS the mind boggles!
Only in Blackpool. She, with her mystic powers, must be able to see that the future is bright and has told the stallholders 😁

I imagine the prom will be alive to the drone of east Lancashire drawl from our 6 digited cousins from the hills.........

Roadblocks should be set up on all the main roads onto the Fylde Coast to keep the germs out !!!

You never know, they may come back when this is over and spend. Never seen the horizon so clear, seeing the rigs, turbines,Isle of Man and the Lake District peaks so often.

If it's a nice weekend, Blackpool will be packed on Saturday/Sunday. 8 weeks of lockdown staring at the same four walls, no opportunities to drive the car anywhere and the kids with cabin fever, I bet the place will be packed.

No doubt the twitter police will be out in force taking photos of the prom complaining about the lifting of restrictions etc..

Im sure they are hiding in bushes on golf courses at the moment hoping to catch golfers out not social distancing..

Went down the front yesterday, having not been down for a few weeks, and felt a lot busier than it has. I do think with sunny weather set for the weekend we'll hear a lot more Scouse and Manc accents along there.
