Dressing Room Lost...... O/P Now Edited Sacked @40 Seconds.

The players, to my knowledge, haven’t had a post match presser, Critchley has. He said in it the first half was unacceptable, yet made no changes. You say you didn’t see any of the game so can’t comment, you’ve done nothing but comment. I did see the game, the whole game last night. I therefore feel fully justified in commenting on everything that happened, as it happened. I think you should just leave it there. When you find yourself in a hole, as they say, stop digging.
I have not commented on the game once because as i have said i didn't see it (get facts correct before quoting sir) nothing wrong with you quoting as you have seen it and full applauds for doing that and put a party hat on for doing that, what i have been saying is that the players have to take responsibility not just the manager. i am not in a hole i haven't even started to dig yet, stop making me laugh. i have highlighted my point in case it isn't sinking in.
Lets leave it at that no more responses from me you can only beat a drum so many times sir

Please don’t call me sir, I haven’t been knighted yet, it’s just an inverted insult. As you say, young Sadler, we shall leave it at that.

I’ve tried my best to not comment on Critchley too much. The clueless buffoon though doesn’t help himself though. That interview is the equivalent of asking for your P45. Throwing the players under the bus !
Your team selection & tactics Neil !
He says about the homework & research that goes into the opposition….. well last night for example, an opposition who play direct & close down intensely & play for percentages/set pieces/long throws & most importantly the second ball, on a narrow pitch with a slope. Yet our best defender doesn’t play - not saying the result would have been different but Marvin would have marshalled the defence better in dealing with their set pieces ? On a narrow pitch Critchley brings back Hamilton & at inverted wingback position too ! Bewildering. Our (on paper) only defensive midfielder dropped & the 2 who played continuously outnumbered & out muscled by Cheltenham. I have said before that Hamilton & Dembele can’t (& shouldn’t) be playing together, both far too lightweight defensively (Morgan can be added to that list after last nights showing, Koussasi too)…..

Critchley sent them out with the attitude that we only had to turn up to win.
Glen Little got a lot of things spot on in commentary about where we went wrong last night.

At its core, 3 at the back should be an attacking set up.
But our midfield was totally non-existent.
Nobody showing for a pass, everybody marked or hiding, zero composure or quality.
That's a coaching & tactics issue .... NC ... he should have been going bananas on the touchline coaching them during the game.
What did we see - a follded arms waxwork.
Chelt's centre mid Elliot Bonds is a real player. Bossed it, and bagged two.
Ex West Ham I think, has been injured a lot.
Head and shoulders above our midfield squad.

We have never addressed the midfield situation since Sadler took over, we have desperately needed a Cam Bran, Charlie Adam type midfielder who is strong but creative and scores goals. We have messed around with youngsters, loans and haven’t come close to signing the right player, our midfield is piss poor and only having 2 midfielders plus Dembele in front is hopeless. I actually think our recruitment has been scattergun and piss poor for 5 years and considering we have gone from going for the cheapest player we can find with one bloke looking to a building full of recruitment experts, analysts etc., that must cost a fortune and not produce anything better shows to me that we are either employing the wrong people or the setups wrong. We completely lack any steel, any big voices in the dressing room, it really is a boring club from top to bottom, it really should never have been like that.

I’m shocked Critchley’s still in a job to be honest.

Absolutely bob on Herts

A second stint rarely works not least when the club haven’t done was worked last time - pair him with an experienced no2
It’s been blatantly obvious Critchley needs that from the start and I can’t believe it’s not happened
There’s no playing experience in the dugout bar Banksie
What an incredibly disappointing season
The most worrying thing is that for most part I’ve been incredibly bored
Can’t wait for the season to end
Not sure who the back room team are...but Colin Calderwood remember him is No 2 at Southampton who went 28 games unbeaten.. surprised at Critchley this time round..first stint he was much more flexible with formations.. maybe he thinks the team can't play 4-4-2..give Gary Madine a contract until the end of the season..we need a nasty bastard to get the team going and if fit he can easily play league 1 football.

TO GET IT TO OPEN DONT CLICK ON THE SCREEN OF GLEN lITTLE BUT CLICK ANYWHERE ON THE TXT ABOVE HIM.. were it says "Cheltenham were worthy winners in the end."

@ 40 seconds.

Just listen to this baby....

If he hasn't lost it then throwing the players under the bus again tonight without owning any of these shocking away performances I hope the players listen to this.

Critchley is the one constant in all this and I have to highlight CJ in this again even though other players were well off the mark tonight but he picks CJ again knowing it will be a hard-fought game like Stevenage and he again picks someone with the heart of a mouse to fight some lions.

Critchley has to go now and the north stand needs to let him know even if he comes fisting after a win as the away form is simply unacceptable.
Never knew he had a manc accent.
