Entertaining it’s certainly not !

How poor was that not one shot on goal again , just a big hoof up front , once again couldn’t string more than two or three passes, I’m lost for words on how bad we are it’s so easy for sides to play against us away from home , when he continues play 3 centre halves they have so much space when the wing back goes forward and doesn’t track back .Continued one trick pony manager , Critchley out ! 👎

They scrapped for every ball Wellens identified the areas they had to control. Critchley once again out thought. Our squad is not balanced we dont have enough players who can control and create, Hang on we do have the one tr.ck pony Hamilton and a young 20yr old Dembele who has done well but we are to dependent on him.

I think the little entertainment we get is during the same pre match warm ups , sharp quick passing warm up followed by passing to the wing crossing and the strikers hitting it into the net , then warm up by shooting at the goal . It looks great up until the start of the match where we see none of the pre practice moves put into practice during the match !
Tonight no shots on goal ! No completed crosses! ! No slick quick passing ! Slug pace build up from the back ! No real entertainment following the warm up !

Cheer up at least we had a cameo from Matty Virtue at right wing back. After our most energetic player Gabriel was tactically substituted at half time.

Is he trying to get potted? The last time he left he started making irrational decisions on selection and tactics……

He’s been slated for never making changes before the 65th Minute or whatever… This is the first ‘tactical substitution’ he’s made at HT for a while and he gets it in the neck for it😂

Lyons getting injured obviously wasn’t part of the master plan.

People are just fed up. Related to Colin Hendry more.

Hopefully we lose at Shrewsbury to speed up his exit.
Think I will top myself reading these negative comments and wanting your team to lose.
As bad as those fans that wanted us in National league thinking it would get rid of the Oystons.

I notice that a poll by Nobbers fans to sack Ryan Lowe in January was unanimous.
I wonder how they feel should they beat Hull on Saturday.

Matty Virtue at right wing back, Callum Connelly at left wing back... There is no hope this season or next.

Virtue was only played there in an emergency following the withdrawal of Gabriel and the injury to Lyons!
When did Connelly last play LWB? Stop being ridiculous.

Probably a bad decision to withdraw Gabriel, for tactical reasons, if that's what a single injury left us with.

No he wasn't stop making stuff up Thomson,CJ and Dale played that role more than Connolly before Fleetwood in league games.
You don't have a good memory unfortunately or are in denial to suit your agenda.

I am pretty sure he even brought him on at LWB to shore things up and it failed as per in the Cods away game.

Well I saw him live at Lincoln at LWB after that all the home games Oxford away and he wasn't in that role up until Fleetwood which he came on as sub in the position which he did a few times he certainly wasn't the main man Dale got used more.
He's played more right CH and Left CH for Hubby in all the cup games.
So name all these games he's played there?
So pal your the only one with an agenda or your brain cells are going in your old age.👍

I reckon maybe someone stuck a kipper in the exhaust of his sensibly priced family hatchback and they all blamed Jordan.
Never mind, I'm sure it will be full throttle all the way on Saturday 👍

yes it pays to get to the away games early! Problem is we are usually in a 50m queue for a beer (or coffee at Stevenage🤯) at that point

I know my memory is shit now but I am sure he has been picked at LWB but I bow to your superior knowledge until otherwise informed.

Apart from Lincoln away and Wigan at home or come on as sub at LWB I'm struggling to think of the other times he's played there.
Lyons started the season until his sad loss then CC came in followed by Thomson or Dale.

But no worries if I can dispell another one of Avftt myths all the better.👍

Critchley has always been a functional manager - in his mind he thinks we're Barcelona but in truth we're Bar7's 5 a side team.
Football is all about taking your chances, shooting at the opposition and scoring goals.
I am pretty sure under Ollie in the Prem there were very few games where we didn't have a dozen shots on goal - against the elite.
Sadly the fact we had none on Tuesday speaks it's own tale.

Not sure if it is all down to NC - some of these players are woefully inconsistent and the teams in general struggle against the more agricultural sides.

Any way win tomorrow and beat Portsmouth and half of you will be waking your hankies and hysterical as HMS piss the league moors off the end of north pier jetty
