Need to ask foreign governments for food aid-As Boris is suggested to have appealed to Brazil this week.
Have queues and supply limits on fuel.
Many have all their industries controlled by foreign interests
Need to ask for foreign workers to support the crumbling infrastructure.
Have government's and leaders who introduce powers to reduce democracy, prevent protests and need the army on the streets.

Yes, it is an exaggeration to say we are there yet, but Brexit Britain seems to be heading in that direction.
It is not going to be a fun time.

If you couldn't because we were a failed state you may have a point.

You blame the (Tory) government, like they have set this up to happen.
If it was a Labour Government in charge of the same situation, I have no doubt your comments would be totally opposite.

I used to agree with some of the things you said....but now, your just a bad as a right wing nutter.....or an Anti-vaxxer.

The Tory Government aren't the best, they are corrupt and they are just self serving.....but you have to have an informed view, don't just spout rhetoric like a good little Revolutionary Communist Party Member reading the Morning Star........You just sound simple.

There are currently 2 million vacancies in this currently but due to the lazy bastards mentioned above we have to bring in foreign workers

What an absurd thread. If you really want to know what a failed state then look more closely at places such as Venezuela and large parts of Africa. Then there are places such as China and Russia with so many who have nothing. You are doing yourself no favours by talking in this way, maybe getting yourself more worked up.

If Brexit has succeeded at something it's in one of those 20 years or so shifts of blame from one part of society to another, it was DAIMMIGRINTS and now it's DAWORKSHY.

Wonder if it eventually comes full circle and we can blame the blacks or Irish next?

If we were a failed state that post couldn't or wouldn't have been written for a whole load of reasons.

Democratically failed (China, NK) and he wouldn't have been able to post without fear of going to prison and that is if it had got through the censorship filter.

Economically, (loads of the world) he's had more important things to spend his time doing than trying to pretend we are on a par with the worst of the world; like finding food to feed his family, working for a pittance etc etc.

It is the single most stupid post I've ever read on the various incarnations of this site and that says something.

But I was trying to be polite.

Failed state, from the comfort of his armchair, enjoying the state resources which constitute his income, completely safe knowing that absolutely nothing will happen to him for posting it. That nonsense is why sensible people roll their eyes at the left these days.

Failed state update- Stanlow Oil Refinery on the brink of collapse. The billionaire owners will no doubt seek government bailouts rather than pay the £200 million tax bill out of their own money. The government meanwhile has known about this since April.

as you rightly say too many are happy to be sat watchin morning tv or waiting for wetherspoons to open in a morning than getting out there and work for a living go on the sick claiming to have a drink problem to receive extra benefit to buy their beer
