Fans at the end

Understandably a good season, but any other scenario and the team would of been shaken warmly by the neck.

Well done to the travelling Pool fans, you showed your class at the end, when the manager & players could have received dogs abuse.
NC and Maxi - as club skipper, have openly apologised (NC didn't do that following PNE or Derby, so that's a positive response).
Posh are hoping that Reading are docked further points this season, saving them from the drop, but that's unlikely, as the EFL set the precedence last season with Derby & any deduction will occur next season.
Let's all look forward to the released list, new signings (hopefully) and the announcement of the pre season friendlies.
Keep healthy everyone & it all starts again soon.

To be honest I would have left at 3-0 today but stayed to applaud the manager and players for everything they got right this season.
I wouldn't judge Blackpool by their performance today any more than I would judge ayrton senna on his last race.
Critchley and the players rightly looked embarrassed but they still deserved it that wasn't about today at all. What was notice support is how many regular players were missing out of that group today tells its own story as to why we probably did so poorly

That’s a lot of players missing. And showed a lot of the replacements aren’t up to it

Not necessarily not all up to it, just too many changes all at once too, some like the midfield engine on Stewart and carey first ball kicked in months. Many never played together, Keogh off, marv on who probably didn't expect to play and looked off it. No recognised RB. CJ who pulls out of tackles and players first touches looked way off at times. They weren't there.

Just an absolute disaster of a day.

Our fans are the best when times are bad and Critch talked about this at the players sponsors meal this week.

In the heat of the moment after a bad result some fans on here go overboard, but if you take a step back this season has been a success as we have comfortably survived as a Championship club and we will aim to progress next season!! 👍🏻

I said it was important for the fans for us to finish above Preston. Critchley clearly didn't give two fucks about that, It was hard to think that we could get much worse than last week but today was miles worse. For me Critchs words of apology mean nothing. It's his job to motivate the players but clearlty he couldn't do that and his team selection meant he could hardly do anything about it.
