Not for today. But over the whole season yes they did. They didn’t deserve it
Yes true. But I have today in my mind - disgraceNot for today. But over the whole season yes they did.
Straight to the pointThe fans turned up. The players didn’t.
Critchley knows what it means to the fans. The players looked embarrassed by the fans ,maybe they realise what they mean to us and we stick by them no matter what.
GrimshawTo be honest I would have left at 3-0 today but stayed to applaud the manager and players for everything they got right this season.
I wouldn't judge Blackpool by their performance today any more than I would judge ayrton senna on his last race.
Critchley and the players rightly looked embarrassed but they still deserved it that wasn't about today at all. What was notice support is how many regular players were missing out of that group today tells its own story as to why we probably did so poorly
Not necessarily not all up to it, just too many changes all at once too, some like the midfield engine on Stewart and carey first ball kicked in months. Many never played together, Keogh off, marv on who probably didn't expect to play and looked off it. No recognised RB. CJ who pulls out of tackles and players first touches looked way off at times. They weren't there.Grimshaw

That’s a lot of players missing. And showed a lot of the replacements aren’t up to it
The applause was for the season, not the result in isolation.Has any team that has just (deservedly) lost 5-0 ever had a reception like that from the fans. Shows the love we have for the club.
Brought a tear to my eyes - well done to you all.
