I see the florists have got 4000 allocation for replay. Is that just all the east? Does it include the se corner maybe that never gets used ? Sure they will sell out . Hope we get decent numbers but bet we do t sell out

I think they will bring a real good number. And probably fill the Gene Kelly permanent temporary PL stand definitely going . love matchnight under the floodies at Bloomers. lads and dads . since 1995.

A wednesday night in january, live on tv.
Many travelling down the motorway in Manchester rush hour.

Can't see them bringing 4K at all.
If they bring half that number, I'd be impressed.

Do they have an away game membership scheme ?? Probably a lot of their fans can’t go to away games so this may be a chance for a lot to go to one ???

I'm aware if it all right but if the police can control 4,000 fans in the cup then why don't they allow 4,000 fans in the league, it makes no sense to have half the east stand empty every game
Why give the away team a big advantage?

They’ll definitely sell it out. They haven’t even got a game this weekend and don’t forget, big club with big fan base and not a mega journey by any stretch. Yes it’s a night game on tele but £15 a ticket they’ll easily sell it out I reckon

I work with a Forest fan and he said it’s the first time all season away tickets have gone on general sale.
I still reckon they’ll sell out. A chance for a few who don’t normally go

Also selfishly worried about this. When the East stand is full, the away fans’ noise is impressive and makes the opposition well up for it.
By the same token a full ground can also influence the home team and by a country mile we are not giving an advantage to an away team just because we give them 4K
There will be about 11,000 in tangerine and when I was at school that was a ratio of almost 3:1

Could it possibly be that if we have any bother in the league the EFL will clamp down on us due to previous misdemeanours but this comes under the auspices of the FA, hence why the club are more comfortable giving 4000 tickets away.

Forest are sold out at home this season and therefore any opportunities to get away tickets are really popular.

Well that’s a club decision as they can dictate away allocation in the league.

I think they have the view that less away fans means a lesser likelihood of the away team playing well. Not saying I agree with that particularly but I’m guessing that’s the stance.

Regardless, there’s only about 6 teams in this division who would come close to filling that stand so it’s a lot of fuss over nothing in reality.
