I don't go for this macho, " hot as you can get" curry idea. It's all about different styles. I usedto make a lot of curries and one of my favourites was a Goan Vindaloo made with pork. However, I used balsamic vinegar and quite a low chilli content.Let’s bump for Friday night supper part 2
Indian take away for me and my girls tonight.
Chicken tikka masala for me, bit tame I know but just what the palate fancies tonight, with a bit of pilau and a popadom or two.

Very similar Lala - Ribeye, chips, frozen peas and I’ll knock up some onion rings and a pepper sauce may have a glass of Merlot with it.So what will you be having ?
Steak for me, with crinkle cut fries, mushrooms, and gone all out chavtastic and bought a tin of marrowfat peas
Aldi Belgian bun for dessert.

Lovely! Always been one of my favourite meals, and takes some beating, and a bit healthier than last week’s lager and crisps, which didn’t end well.
