++UPDATE++Fillet steak with a few chips, salad, pepper sauce and some veg, well I say veg, onion rings.
Tomorrow will probably be a FoodFest t/a after the missus and missy fc have spent hours making Halloumi and Feta from err a kit bought as a bday pressie for me. Next bday I'm going to just redistribute the pressies there and then. Save me all that looking forward to something

Plus stir fried Stem Brocoli with oyster sauce,Shittake mushrooms and Shell off Prawns.
with rice of course.
I was last nights chef.
Today Scampi,Chips and Peas with coleslaw and a green salad…simple dish as we are having our flu jabs this morning….and the the England Rugby game after waiting for the result from the Valley.
Tomorrow ( yet to be bought ) an appropriate Fillet or whole Fresh Fish ( from Sea it Fresh in Cheadle Hulme,buy it from them as they travel over from Fleetwood each day and one of the Guys is a Pool fan) fried if fillet or oven roasted if whole over a bed of potatoes and Spinach with chicken stock plus carrots and peas.
Rest of the week ….
Home made chick pea curry( already made) with M&S Chicken Curry,Okra and Veggie Samosas and Naan bread ( Monday)
Seafood Linguine ( prawns,oysters and shelled scampi…from the freezer) with a Tomato based Biffy Sauce ( courtesy of Costco) and side Salad( Tuesday)
Peking Duck with hoisin sauce,leeks and cucumber( deseeded) strips and Chinese Pankcakes( Wednesday)
2nd lot of Biffy Sauce with Tinned Tuna and pitted black olives and wilted salad plus side salad( again)( Thursday)
…..and Friday a vegetarian fried bean fajita with avocado salad and Tortillas…..wife says she wants to try this for the first time
…..we do like to do a Menu for the week so then we know what to buy…but yes it often gets changed but not this week.
We share the prep and cooking work as required.
