Some people are off their rocker. Clearly stating the obvious that we need to follow up with another victory. Something we have failed to do all too often which is why we are 8th. Surely any normal person would think the same.

Good for them. The facts remain that Shrewsbury were awful and the win doesn't mean anything unless we can back it up with consecutive results and get more consistency.

If people want to cream their pants about being 8th in League One, then that's great. Not my fault I have higher expectations. Maybe it is.

People aren’t ‘creaming their pants’, they’re just enjoying the moment.

The fact that you feel the need to come along and crap all over that, probably says more about your demeanour than anything else.

It’s obvious we need consistent results…

Your last sentence is repeating what I said so what's the issue?

Today was good. We beat an awful Shrewsbury team, now the hard part in following that up. Critchley seems to change things before we can build any momentum so I will keep my champagne on ice if that's ok.

Firstly I’m really happy with winning 4-0 today. At HT & winning 2-0 I thought the overall atmosphere felt a bit flat. Being in the north these days it was very quiet over in A & B blocks. Anyway we kicked on today regardless of how good or bad were the opposition & gave the north something to make a noise about. The team needs to get the fans going sometimes & today that was the case.

As someone who spent his afternoon watching Graham Liver that’s rich . Expectations are only for part timers and glory hunters , those who are here through thick and thin , just hope for the best week in week out .

I'm usually there week in week out. Just wanted my 30 quid refund for the pathetic performance at Bolton. Not a big deal.

There were a lot of grumbles throughout the game where we were sat, and someone else said it was very flat considering it was a 4 0 win with no smiles coming out of the ground.
 
Nobody can be unhappy with a 4-0 home win, it’s the best feeling in the world, I guess the problem is we’re not convinced by one good performance, and against what looked like a pretty poor team. We need to see some consistency and Portsmouth will tell us a lot.
 
I'll admit to saying I was bored at 2-0. Shrewsbury offered nothing and our football can be a bit dull and frustrating at times. It was also off the back of a trip to Bolton without any shots on target so my patience was wearing a little thin.

Then we scored two great goals and I went home happy, I guess that's football for you.

At what point will you be happy with the team and happy for the fans?....when we've just spanked Real Madrid at the Bernabeu in the Champions League semi-final?

I think people want (don't mind) seeing possession football followed by a cutting edge push forward. We have been guilty of side- side- side- back- hoof which sometimes works, mostly loses the ball.

The key for me is midfield running beyond the strikers for that to be eye candy football.

We weren't yesterday. The passing was quicker and stretched the Shrews to breaking point.
