Steve Evan's put an order in pre matchWest stand ,went down before half time whistle to find no food left at concessions ,absolute shambles ,can the club answer why ?????
Are you expecting the club to come on here and give you an answer?West stand ,went down before half time whistle to find no food left at concessions ,absolute shambles ,can the club answer why ?????
Now now Poirot.I'm nothing to do with the club, but I'd hazard a guess it was eaten.
No it’s not when they had run out before the halftime whistle had gone ,very poor service .Are you expecting the club to come on here and give you an answer?
Generally if there’s no food then it’s sold out. That’s a good thing isn’t it?
Do they not have bottle fridges separate to the main kiosk? Seems nonsense they aren't just handing chilled bottles out at £x a pop.I'm pretty easy going when it comes to the concourse, surely we can all manage a couple of hours without a pie or beer....
However today I was a bit annoyed as I'd stood in the queue for 20 minutes to get in and only had time to pre-pay for a beer at half time. Went down as the board was raised with (I think) 5 minutes injury time, proceeded to stand in a queue for our pre-paid beers that was longer and slower moving than the other queue
A couple asked me which queue they should be in whilst we were halfway down, they joined the back of the other queue and were still served before us, finally got our beers 4 minutes before the second half kicked off.
The service doesn't make sense, at one point we timed 40 seconds when only 1 of the 3 Cruz Campo pumps was actually pouring beer whilst there were big queues, surely they should all be constantly pouring with someone just swapping the plastic cups when they're full? It just takes a bit of commons sense, the other conversation we had with other 'disgruntled pre-payers' was on the till system they will know exactly how many pints have been pre-paid, this has been mentioned loads of times before, but why not have loads poured 2/3 full before half time and just top them up when people hand over their ticket?
Well not really no, it shows a lack of planning and forsight. The customer is always right don't forget. Are you expecting the club to come on here and give you an answer?

The customer might not always be right, but it appears after halftime, he will always be hungry.Well not really no, it shows a lack of planning and forsight. The customer is always right don't forget.

That’s bolluxI think it was just one of those days . Mega busy . Not easy to predict .
We did do that Not sure why it’s stoppedDo they not have bottle fridges separate to the main kiosk? Seems nonsense they aren't just handing chilled bottles out at £x a pop.
I understand the pies ran out in the morettiThat’s bollux
It can’t be that hardI understand the pies ran out in the moretti
Not sure how that happens tbh .
On the concourse not sure you can predict to avoid waste.
Alcohol could be more efficient agree.
Suppliers letting them down, perhaps? It can’t be that hard
You have stats from previous games
Running out b4 half time is frankly poor management

Wow….what next the usherette with small tubs of ice cream( at extortion-ant prices). No excuse, always over order. If there's any left after halftime get someone to take trays up into the stands and sell them, if they still don't sell knock them out at half price or give them away after the game as people are leaving. The profit made from the extra sales would more than cover any waste.
They are always running outSuppliers letting them down, perhaps?
.. or you could say they sold what they provided and so have won the day. A lot of the makers markets I go to, the most popular stands are done halfway through the day because they sell out as everyone wants their stuff early. Maybe they are thinking in those terms as that guarantees a profit?Nothing to do with the club, it's a concession. If the contractor runs out of stock they're sacrificing profit. Bad capitalism, nothing more.
Hate it when TAM starts using legaleseThat’s bollux
I wasn’t walking up a friggin mountain I was attending a football match where they historical provide food and drinks for their customers, but it seems not after 3.40 !!!Bloody hell we won 3 0 and someone complains about running out of food……why not eat before you attend or save for later
