Han-Noah Massengo

This lads performance on Saturday, at Deepdale, was off the scale.

If he plays the same way against you, on Saturday. He might cause you some serious problems.

Don't normally agree with Nobbers but Bristol City wouldn't have spent £7.5 mill if Massengo was a duffer.
Busy midfielder with bags of skill.
I've been impressed every time I've watched him play.

Was actually going to suggest we buy him at start of the season until I knew how much he cost🤣🤣🤣

He actually takes after your posting name😉

He was playing CL football before Bristol City signed him, bit like Neves in that he's too good for this level.

However, 1 player doesn't make a team.

He’s one man, never scored a goal while at Bristol in 69 games played yes I know he's a midfielder but even Joe Nuttall managed 2 for us in a fraction of those games. 😃

Han-Noah what’s it?
Thought you’d been on the ‘loopy-juice’ Giro.

That’s what happens when you get £20m for a player. They got x2 super creative players as a result and still cash to spare.

Note re selling Bowler for a pittance

Hes that good Giro that there is absolutely zero interest in him from anywhere this transfer window.

I'd have him... good backup for Dougall and a decent prospect 😜

Can't say he's controlling the game though?

Wasn't impressed with him today.
A luxury player that looks good on the ball with no one challenging.
Connolly and Dougall gave him no time whatsoever and the only chance he had to put his foot on the ball was on the edge of his own box!!

That dive was awful too. I’d love to know what Keogh said to him whilst he was on the floor.
Took him down a peg or two, no one wants mad uncle Richard 'all up in your grill.'

But I believe he said "get up you soft tw@t with your daft haircut, you cheating w@nker"

He was then heard saying, after a sheepish look from Massengo.... "Don't be sorry, be.... better"

😁

It's hard for any player to shine when the team are getting a spanking. That being said, you could see his quality in how quickly he did things and pressed and moved the ball. I'd actually say he is exactly what we need in cm with Dougall.
Kenny had his number today though and kept him quiet mostly all game.

He must be decent with that price tag but we didn’t give him a chance to show it,i can understand why he looked so good against Preston though going of what I’ve seen of them against us

I think they like to play out through him and credit to Gary and Gerry when closing down they made sure they blocked the pass to him. Having watched him run games for them I think I just watched a Critch tactical master class

Yep, noticed that early on. We were quite happy to let their centre-backs have it but concentrated on blocking the pass to Massengo. The cb's would then punt it long with no real effect. The set up of our 4 forward thinking players when the opposition try to play out from the back is very good.
