I‘m sorting out season tickets for me and two others and we are interested in including the Heineken Lounge if possible.

The website only mentions the Morretti Lounge and i can’t see anything about the Heineken Lounge …… does any know or can direct me to where I can find information please ?

Tried the phone and it keeps going to hold.

Probably best to email. It's virtually impossible to get through on the phone. Although the ticket office might know if you call them.
 
The way I read it was no season ticket for the Heineken Lounge this year and it was just on a £10 per time basis. But they have gone back to that including a pie and a pint each time.

But check with the club in case I read it wrong. 👍
 
Below is a copy of an email which has been received, as I was a Heineken Seasonal last season. I would suggest anyone interested in a Seasonal for the Heineken for next season to get in touch with the hospitality team. I cannot believe the club is possible turning down guaranteed money for a lounge for the supporters who cannot afford the full corporate experience.


Dear Heineken Lounge Seasonal Supporters,

Thanks for your support for the 22/23 season with your Heineken Lounge Upgrade.

Heineken Lounge 23/24

Following this season’s hospitality and season ticket launch earlier this week, we wanted to update you all on the Heineken Lounge for the 23/24 season.

Our plan currently is to sell the Heineken lounge on a match by match basis. This is purely down to the fact that match day numbers had fluctuated up and down during the season on a game by game basis.

However, subject to demand being high for a seasonal option from existing seasonals and any new enquiries we receive, this will be reviewed over the coming weeks and months.

By 1st July season ticket deadline we will communicate with everyone who has enquired for a seasonal option with a further update.
 
By the time the season kicks off it will be the Worthington or john smiths lounge

Heineken and moretti are too up market for us now....

Wow, basically they don't want to open it unless numbers make it worthwhile. Very short sighted.

Correct done the Morretti lounge a few times last season 4 security 1 receptionist and 4 bar staff costs a pretty penny.

Enjoy going in there but only took up the offer when the Freebies added.
 
Have to say I’ve been in both and thought they were excellent

For a bog standard ticket the experience at all football grounds is fairly primitive

For an extra tenner including pie and pint these lounges represent extraordinary value for money

Maybe I shouldn’t have said this just my luck for the price to go up now
